I think the key is having confidence. When I was heavier I hated the way I looked in everything. Then I got very sick and became very very underweight and I still hated the way I looked in everything. I'm still sick but no longer scary underweight and I am finding myself still hating how things look on me. I have to face that it's me im hating not the clothes or the fit...im just not sure how to fix that. When I was heavier I thought if I just weighed a specific weight I'd be happy. When my health crisis started and I was no longer able to eat food I kept getting smaller and smaller but I wasn't happy when I looked in the mirror.
