The best kind of coach is one who wins cups. Rassie Erasmus promotes himself a lot and he's arguably the best on the planet. ROG may have a big ego but he took over as La Rochelle coach only 4 years ago and he already has two champions cups. That's an incredible achievement. Meanwhile, Leo has been in charge of Leinster for 9 years and has only one champions cup in that time.
After Farrell, Leo should be considered as next Ireland manager. He manages most of them. Leinster have what it takes but hopefully can avoid injuries and stay rested

AND RTE BEING RTE ENDED THE INTERVIEW Abruptly BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF TIME 😢😢😢 clowns 🤡 get the best interview in years and don't have the sense to run a few minutes over 😢😢😢

The Leinster team are not Ireland mate its that they are picked to play for ireland. The vast majority unlike, other URC teams like La Rochelle etc. , grew up in leinster, learned their rugby in leinster schools attended leinster academies. etc. Its to be lauded and rather than knocking it look to improve your own situation. would be more productive...its taken years of hard graft for leinster to get there.
