Quality information! I've been a subscriber for a long time. It's great to see these "refresh" videos. These ad platforms change from year to year, and Google has changed quite a bit. Your take is spot on too! Greatly appreciated!
I work for an ad agency which focuses exclusively on lead gen, I've recently been testing different bid strategies against each other in Experiments and have found that 'Maximize Clicks' is almost always better than 'Maximize Conversions' in that CPC is almost always lower so I'm able to drive more traffic, which almost always leads to more conversions. When we're choosing between different bid strategies, how do you think Google's AI is actually doing this? I'm wondering if it's just prioritizing whichever keyword's are associated with that goal, because it seems impossible that it would be based on the individual user. I think for maximize conversions it allocates your budget more towards the keywords with the highest conversion rate, whereas with 'Max clicks' it may prioritize the keywords with the highest CTR. When a campaign is fresh though and there aren't conversions, it doesn't really know what to do. Do you have any thoughts on this? I wonder if there's a threshold for the number of conversions you need before Google's AI can properly do 'maximize conversions.'
Great vids, really helped me out with my business! Btw can I suggest you use something to highlight your cursor during vid presentation, as it's difficult to see where you're clicking within the Google Ads website.
Regarding point #2 - When you set up a campaign, why is it that you advise us to use either "Sales or Leads? Most of the other PPC guys will say to use the "Create a campaign without a goal's guidance" so that Google doesn't limit any of your choices with in your campaign. Do you have any thoughts on why I'd choose "Sales or Leads" over choosing "Create a campaign without a goal's guidance"?
I sell High-End furniture online and plan to launch a Google Search campaign. Should I create 1 campaign per product category (mirrors, buffets...etc.) or just 1 campaign with separate ad groups (1 adgroup PER product category).... ?
Amazing content 👌🏻 It would be great if you could make a detailed tutorial video on Google ads scripts with topics like for eg. getting alerts on email if account budget is about to end Thank you.
I have a question here: you´re using Sales when your main goal it´s an outbound click and you don´t have tracking on Amazon´s end. Why not going after clicks, then max.conversions and finally CPA? Objetives are a little bit confusing when your main conversions is an outbound click. Am I wrong?
Hi. You said test different urls in ad group. But if you do that, Google ads will tell you that only one url per ad group is permitted. And the ads will be declined. Sure you can do a/b test but that's not clear in your video
I am doing goole search ads with Manual CPC, I always change satus with Limitted by budget (its too Expensive). Suppose if we do automated bidding such as maximize click or target CPA, will I get Limitted by notification. Solution Please!
Hi.I have a question. What is the advantage when we create audiences for a PPC ad? Since we are targeting keywords here, is there any benefit that we can expect thru audiences (For PPC)?
We can expect benefits for display ads when we create different audiences such as remarketing. But my problem is what is the benefit of having different audiences when we run PPC ads?
@@thathsaravidanapathirana9997 You don't need an audience for search campaigns, as you said it is based on keywords so you are not concerned with a certain audience.
I've been really struggling with this. Not tht familiar with Google ads, I've been watching your videos. However, I created a small campaign for my digital product & within 3 days I went through £400 GBP and not one sale. I felt like I'd just thrown my small budget in the fire, frustrating.
@@michaelmcconville3224 I haven't done any ads since, but I am thinking of targeting 2 or 3 specific keywords rather than Google showing my ad for a bunch of terms.
if i have a store that sells different coffees of different sizes and flavours, how should i segment my shopping campaign? Campaign - Ad Group 1: Small Bag (each flavour broken out into product groups) - lowest bid - Ad Group 2: Medium Bag (each flavour broken out into product groups) - moderate bid - Ad Group 3: Large Bag (each flavour broken out into product groups) - highest bid
*The best practices you shared are super helpful for improving my campaigns.*
Pure Gold. Thanks for making these things easier for us.
Thank you immensely!

Appreciate the non-fluff straightforward approach. Was a great review for me. Thank you!

interesting..
Plus 1 to know about this. Most local business campaigns i see is using Max clicks for lead gen
For me make Sense Max clicks when the sale is dependable of a Sales team. Whe traffic a Lot of interested leads and Sales dept makes the convertion
I must say-your channel is goldmine. If you are having premium courses, I would love to take it up..
Very useful, as always! Thanks ❤

Hey, so Google typically allows you to have two different landing pages so long as they're from the same domain.

Do you prefer to build ads individually the old way?
