junaid Fayaz @ this will known as six kingdom of classification. According to sir 1st and 2nd is same. But its not possible. If it's so...why archae has separated out in 3 domain. Let me clear it..Archaea differ from bacteria in cell wall composition and differ from both bacteria and eukaryotes in membrane composition and rRNA type.
