What a pleasure to watch you work. I really like your video presentation style; cool, calm and collected! The subtitles being up long enough to read is something I really do appreciate. The recipe looks good but that’s not why I’ve just subscribed; it the way you present the recipe/video that won me over, very slick and easy to follow. Do you want any tips on methods you use? I’m full of otherwise useless knowledge outside of the kitchen. Thanks for sharing this with me. 🇦🇺

Thanks a lot for your detailed comment Glen. Glad the subtitles helped you. Can you clarify the 'tips on methods' please. Thanks again.

@@CalmCuisine Hello. My tips are just just alternate methods. For this video I would tell you that there’s another way to make a white sauce. Add cornstarch to milk and butter, stir to dissolve the cornstarch and heat while stirring, no need to make a roux and never gets lumps. For super fine fresh garlic, freeze peeled cloves and grate on a micro plane; it comes out like snow. This works great for ginger too. Cheers.

Thank you for this. I used a few steps to make my own. 😊🙏🏽 *it was my first time melting cheese with milk/flour.* Also, I think you did a great job on this video. The music, editing, and angles used were perfect.

I've made these style before, a couple of issues with these ones. First, if you're making a video wear gloves, gross to see and yes in our own homes we don't but if this is for the masses it looks much better. Second and the most important, when you have frozen these they are now so dense and like a rock now. Saying a deep fry for 5 minutes will be golden brown and hot in the center is just not possible. I have had similar ones on a few of my menus over the years and I can say for a guaranteed fact if you are cooking these from frozen you will need them to cook a minimum of 10-15 minutes to achieve a hot middle. Otherwise they are cold, and gross. I do really like using the marinara as the sauce on the bottom like meatballs. Looks really good, just be careful of cook time as ice cold centers are disgusting and really sucks the enjoyment out of all that hard prep work put into something like this.

Thanks for taking your time to give a detailed review and I appreciate that. All that I cook are made for my family and I do give absolute importance to hygiene and cleanse my hands before I handle these. However I will consider your suggestion and see if many have objections as such and do as needed. Once again thank you for your feedback. God bless.
