I know I did not love her as much as I should have, she gave her life for me and worked very hard her entire life to take care of us. She loved Jesus Christ and was the first person I told that I was born again at 3 o'clock in the morning. We always had a very close relationship and could talk about anything. As I was growing in my spiritual walk while at Bible College I would come home and we would talk of all the things that God was teaching me. Her Mother also gave her life for my sister, Teri and I. She cooked, washed clothes, dried them on the clothes line, cleaned, vacuumed the floors, took us places, made our beds and always read her Bible on the screened porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. My grandmother prayed for me and through all my rebellion and sin in high school she was a rock for me. It is sad how many regrets a person can have. I thank Jesus Christ that He has forgiven me of my sins, I miss my Mother more than I can ever express. I love her more than words can say and I can't wait to join her in the presence of Jesus Christ.
