Thank you for this workout - it was spicy! I was expecting the muscle burn but the short rest/quick transitions added sneaky cardio too. Love getting that extra boost for my heart health. Was totally spent by the end, but also energized for the rest of my day. Perfect for squeezing in during nap time on a busy day!

I am a mother of 3 young adults and I have worked out through the years but I am now 46 years old be and trying to restrengthen my body. I’ve been triangle for. 5 K and working on my upper body but my hips have been hurting so much lately. This workout was focused and intense and the bi-lateral training to strengthen everything I definitely what I’ve been missing. How women train matters and I love your approach! Thank you!

I had to put this one on .75x speed, still hit pause, modify, decrease weight, and change some moves completely, and it was still insane 😂 the whole time during it I couldn’t wait to come read the comments, and they did not disappoint! Definitely the hardest NML workout I’ve done. But just when I’d want to stop, I’d hear “do your best and forget the rest” and just keep pushing on! 💪🏼

I’ve done a lot of NML workouts, but this is the hardest one of all in my opinion. Had to pause a lot of times to stay in it. I welcomed the kid interruptions i got in this one lol.
wow, that was INSANE!! i've been working out for a long time, and i can honestly say i've just recently realized that heavy strength workouts burn a TON of calories. i used to always gravitate for the body weight hiit workouts for that! these get the heart rate up and leave me feeling super strong and accomplished. thanks to you both for this one!

Just to clarify I don’t want to thin shame, what I meant was we all come in different sizes and shapes and it’s great to see variety. Everyone’s “normal” is different, as women it’s great to build one another up, and you’re accomplishing that.
This was killer...in the best way. 2 rounds of each exercise was great, usually I do no repeats, but that 2nd round really helped burn it out. The toilet struggle is real.
LOVED this workout. What a beast. I know this is an older workout and I loved seeing you with those big clunky weights. I started with clunky click weights when I first found your channel and eventually invested in a good set of dumbbells. It's fun to see that you used those too! It gets the job done!!!
Just a few minutes into the workout and I thought "How is Rachel supposed to answer any questions?? I'm dying!!" But she killed it! And her squats were amazing! The squats of a powerlifter! Thank goodness it's the weekend and I can recover from this one.. thanks ladies!

I found this workout to be more challenging than the athlete one!! I did challenge myself with heavy weights, 20s and 15s so that’s why I was probably feeling it but oh wow! I also didn’t have a band and I still felt challenged. Thank you :-) love your workouts!!

Did this sucker yesterday, got interrupted and almost decided to call it a day but I came back and finished because I hear you in my head saying ‘you can do anything for 10 minutes’ lol. I usually struggle a lot with legs workout because my legs aren’t that strong and it’s so difficult to find something that works for me and I can complete it whole. Your video is the absolute treasure I found. I can last the whole 45 minutes with my legs greatly shaking almost the whole time. Definetly going on my routine workout list.
Wow, my cycle started last night, and I really didn't want to work out today, but I pressed play and did it anyway. I didn't lift as well as last week, and I dropped weight on my lunges, but you got me through it. Thank you!

Lindsey, how in the world are you able to strength train and talk to us with very little rest?!? About a quarter of the way through this workout, my mind was telling me to shut it off. I was on the struggle bus!! I kept going but I felt every single rep!!

I did kickboxing yesterday so wanted to do something today with weights with no jumping. It turned out to be slow burn sweat session. Excellent, Lindsey.
I was a little nervous about this workout today being 25 weeks pregnant but I did my best and finished it! I went much slower so probably only got 12,10,8 reps and modified some of the moves but feeling strong! Thanks ladies!

I don't know why I haven't seen this workout before today but holy moly. This workout KILLED me. Used as an alternate to my usual lifting workout with a barbell. Used 15s and 20s and I will keep coming back to this when I feel burnt out on my regular lifts. Thanks!

yesterday was probably my 3rd or 4th time doing this workout. As you have stated in a few of your vides, if you are still using the same weights from a year ago, try to go up. Well.... doing the deadman lift, I used a heavier weight, I was using 15lbs. I tried 20. Man! are my quads, glutes, hammies screaming today! Sorry to share, it even hurt to sit on the toilet. it will benefit from it later I am sure ;). Thanks coach for inspiring me!

I usually struggle a lot with legs workout because my legs aren’t that strong and it’s so difficult to find something that works for me and I can complete it whole. Your video is the absolute treasure I found. I can last the whole 45 minutes with my legs greatly shaking almost the whole time. Definetly going on my routine workout list.

I had my son kind of laughing during the deadlift and squat cleans and during the donkey kicks 😂 this was such a hard workout that I didn’t want to do but lately, I’ve taken to trying things for 5 minutes and seeing how I feel. And I pushed through. Thank you for inspiring us to show up❤

I was a little nervous about this workout today being 25 weeks pregnant but I did my best and finished it! I went much slower so probably only got 12,10,8 reps and modified some of the moves but feeling strong! Thanks ladies!

I don't know why I haven't seen this workout before today but holy moly. This workout KILLED me. Used as an alternate to my usual lifting workout with a barbell. Used 15s and 20s and I will keep coming back to this when I feel burnt out on my regular lifts. Thanks!

yesterday was probably my 3rd or 4th time doing this workout. As you have stated in a few of your vides, if you are still using the same weights from a year ago, try to go up. Well.... doing the deadman lift, I used a heavier weight, I was using 15lbs. I tried 20. Man! are my quads, glutes, hammies screaming today! Sorry to share, it even hurt to sit on the toilet. it will benefit from it later I am sure ;). Thanks coach for inspiring me!
