One of my FAVORITE “hidden Queen Gems”! …It was so… COOL when - last year - Amazon used this song in their commercials (the one w the teenage girl wearing the yellow Freddie jacket).
COOL CAT is a fave - esp. when the volume is cranked up...oh that bass line! if you want Queen's take on R&B sound, try ONE YEAR OF LOVE. Use the official Queen lyric video as it was never done live. I love John's bass here. Great song. I'll go out on a limb here....when I need a little cheering up, one of my go-to songs is "Seaside Rendezvous". Its a sweet, toe-tapping charmer and I'd be interested to see if your Queen journey has come far enough to add another genre. John Deacon played the clavinet, synthesizers, programmed the drum machine, played bass and the electric guitar here. Freddie did all the vocals, played the electric piano and some of the synthesizers. Both of them wrote it.

Love this track! Freddie’s falsetto is so beautiful and clear! Great song to just blare with the windows down on a sunny day!
