No, they don't need to add the Disney logo. I'm on the impression that Fox ( and its subsidiaries) will act under the Disney corporation umbrella like Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilms, among others do. That's why Fox searchlight is still producing movies , I believe they just confirmed another movie with Taika before the next Thor movie. But they are still figuring the movie division of Fox... Also, the earlier report about executives at Disney not knowing how this movie would go down are probably forgotten after Jojo won the top prize at TIFF.
The funny thing is, this movie isn't really a satire. Sure, it has satirical elements, but the core part is actually a quite accurate and fully serious depiction of historical events, it's just that the reality is shown very subjectively from the perspective of a young boy who starts as a very devoted Hitler's youth and gradually gets his eyes opened. In the same vein, it isn't really a comedy. It's a proper tragedy with funny scenes.
