Jameson Timba and 100 CCC Youth arrested in Harare

Barbaric mafia.
The barbaric and illegal invasion of Senator Jameson Timba ‘s private residence and his subsequent arrest and torture alongside his son and other 100 opposition youth in Harare must be condemned with the utmost contempt it deserves.
The gathering intended to commemorate the June 16 massacre of oppressed black school children (youth) in 1976 by the vicious and diabolical apartheid regime in South Africa.
This historical event left fresh scars that will never quickly heal, the commemoration of which remains a critical ritual amongst all progressive forces who are disgusted by the colonial project and its ramifications including loss of lives.
It is ironical that the Zanu PF regime in Harare seems inspired by this event that led to 600 deaths ( including Hector Peterson,12) and thousands of injured demonstrators.
Instead of promoting these celebrations, Mnangagwa instructed police to use golf clubs, knobkerries and sjamboks to torture over 100 youths who met at Senator Jameson Timba’s Harare residence to discuss this piece of history.
Zimbabwe and South Africa share the same colonial history , these events are of a regional significance, for Zanu PF to attempt to kill people on such a day is inexplicably devilish and evidence of a vanquished moral and ideological campus.
The arrested youths must be released and made to access medical facilities , the perpetrators must be identified and prosecuted as early as possible.
