Facade cleaning with hyCLEANER® red EVO I

Beschwww.hyCLEANER.de - Due to increasing soiling of large façades, more frequent cleaning cycles and intensive care is required nowadays. The hyCLEANER® systems allow gentle, fast and efficient cleaning and are easy to use. After the hyCLEANER® red EVO I is mounted onto the aluminum frame fixed to the basket of an access platform and connection of the water supply, the cleaning job can be started. The operator of the access platform moves the basket to the edge of the building’s roof - while raising the platform; the 1.6 m wide brush is not yet in contact with the façade. After arriving at the edge of the building’s roof, the water supply is opened by means of a lever, which is mounted at the aluminum frame. The brush - which is water-powered - starts rotating immediately. The rotating speed depends on the incoming water quantity. Water consumption is between 9 to 12 liters per minute. To operate the hyCLEANER®-system a water pressure of 120 to 160 bar is necessary. The cleaning process is done in tracks from top down in order to prevent that dirty water runs over the cleaned surfaces. Adding of chemicals is not necessary - only water! This is environmentally sound on the one hand and an economic factor on the other hand, as water mixed with chemicals would have to be collected and is costly to dispose. The hyCLEANER®-systems can work with any kind of water - also osmosis-water can be used to guarantee that cleaned glass surfaces can dry without streaks. The big white wheels, which are on the right and on the left hand side of the brush, can be adjusted to three different positions. Thanks to the spring-supported brush-system, the machine is very flexible and can compensate movements of up to 1 meter. The cleaning brush always remains in contact with the façade - however it is only the bristle tips, so that an optimum cleaning result can be attained with only minimal wear of the brush.
