To be fair, what school lesson would that be under? Maybe if you were in prelaw or like took a specialized US history course on the supreme court. If anything the problem is they CAN name the first woman of color to be nominated to Nebraska's third senate district or whatever. It's useless information.
Frankly, I don't think this detail is very important to know. It is far more important to develop skills and so forth, than it is to know what is essentially a useless piece of information. Perhaps if you're going into law or another relevant field, this is information you should know but otherwise it is not worth your time in school to learn such a detail. It is irrelevant who the first female SCOTUS Justice is. Male or Female, Black or White, etc... is irrelevant, all that matters is the content of their character and ability to make the best decisions for us the people so that the Government doesn't infringe upon us and our rights. This all said, yes the Education system as a whole is garbage and needs to be done away with.
Her political position is why these schools don’t speak of her. Ginsburg of course they placed on high (democrat). We’re in a lot of trouble in the US. Gonna be tough to turn this erosion of our young people around.
Ketanji Nirobi Brown Jackson or whatever is the real problem. From what I've heard the opinions she's writing are not even close to what Supreme Court opinions are supposed to be. Very little discussion of actual legal precedents and a lot of ranting about social justice.
They don't know because they weren't taught that. The better question is why their teachers decided not to teach that. The first woman in the SC was nominated by a Republican POTUS. That doesn't align with their agenda. It's the same reason Democrat Senator biden was prepared to filabuster a black woman who George W. Bush was going to nominate to a high court. She eventually could've made it to the SC, and joe wasn't going to let the Republicans make that happen. The filabuster wasn't too racist for him back then.
Now let's start talking about the last female supreme court Justice, The loony tune cult member... let's talk about her and how her believes clash with the ideal of the constitution
Omg these kids there heads are still in the clouds lol 😂 they have so much growing up to do yikes there generation is doomed if they don’t start thinking.
Well, they have a point though. O'Connor didn't get the position because she was a woman, she got it because she was qualified. So republicans still evil.
Man, this girl not only humiliated the people she questioned, but also humiliated herself when she couldn't pronounce Ginsburg's middle name (it's pronounced Bay-der not Badd-er). We're doomed.
@@jonthinks6238 first you claim I'm incorrect, then after I provide evidence to support my assertion, you tell me that nobody cares. Weird. If you didn't care, why would you make any comment about it? Just admit you were wrong and we can move on. Lol 😂
All of those students getting Sandra Day O'Connor entirely wrong, but how Ginsberg's middle name was pronounced by the lady asking the questions is what you find most problematic? Could it not have been an unintended tongue twist of saying all 3 names or maybe she just doesn't like RBG and was being ironic by calling her 'Badder'? Either way, you're missing the point of the video, dude.
With the amount of publicity and feminist glorification given to Ruth Bader Ginsberg, most media outlets probably don’t know that O’Connor was first.
I'm convinced most news readers on TV are morons.
I'm a dumb truck driver and I knew is was O'Conner and Reagan.
Sandra Day O’Connor and she just passed away
Loved her in Terminator 1 and 2
Charge them double for tuition
So much for the feminist “cause”
We all knew feminism isn't really feminism when it took UN Women like two months to condemn Oct - 7th.
Sandra Day O'Connor appointed by conservative Republican President Ronald Reagan!
They didn't teach me this in indoctrination 101
Sandra Day O’Connor who just past away!

If you're old you know it immediately. Sandra Day O'Connor
I thought RBG was the first because of how long she was in but I forgot about Sandra D. O'Connor that sworn in, in 1981 vs RBG in 1993.
AND HERE WE SEE THE FINAL PRODUCT OF THE PRESENT POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEM IN OUR COUNTRY.😳😳
But, they're all ignorant Democrats!
It's the ENTIRE democrat controlled public school system! Plain and simple.

Sandra Day O'Connor from Arizona
I am surprised they didn't say either Sandra Dee or Doris Day
Another scathing indictment of our Education system!
The Jimmy Kimmel model for surveying isn't exactly scientific, chief.
That's right folks, THESE are the people who will be running this country while we try to afford a nursing home. 🤦
I'll bet they all can recite the entire lunatic alphabet though.

O'CONNOR
Sandra Day O’Conner. Arrrrgggghhhhh
I know she was a republican as was the first black person on supreme court
Thurgood Marshall wasn't a Republican
Maybe, just maybe it doesn't matter. Just put the best person in the job.
Sandy, baby! John Riggins could tell you that.

Totally unrelated , but does anyone know why Liz Wheeler hasn't made any UA-cam videos in a month ?
