People were reselling tickets outside of the queen concert in Atlanta like right before the concert which wasn't the smartest idea since the people in the line actually had tickets

Reselling anything for the sake of profit to people who genuinely want something is scummy. Its not just a concert problem, its people trying to capitalize on preexisting things that people are passionate about. Scalpers and resellers offer zero value to society and only contribute to inflation by artificially inflationing the price of a limited good by artificially constraining the supply. This is not a side hustle, its legitimately just greed.

yeah i do this all the time made 300 from the weeknd tickets and buyer didnt ask for refund. made like 1.4k from coldplay tix, flipped them in like a few days

no because 100 percent of 60 is 60 so 110 percent of 60 is 66 no 2.1x just 1.1x (60 is used for eg)
