    A solution that I found is clicking the "mouse/ir" button on the remote that allows you to move a cursor with the arrows, clicking the button again allows you to scroll in any direction. This solves the issue of getting the app frozen after the log in screen, hope it helps

    Hi There, my issue is with the following jvc smart tv 32C790. The issue I have is when I try to launch Netflix via the Netflix button on the remote the tv restarts itself and JVC Logo appears and then it allows me to launch Netflix and I can then watch Netflix without interruption. Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks in advance

      Hey Ria Sure, please change DNS settings as 8.8.8.8
      And re install the Netflix application
      Update tv firmware.
      Now recheck the issues. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

      Hey there, many thanks for your reply which is greatly appreciated. Is this a common problem then? And do you def. think this is a software issue rather then a hardware issue? In addition, I tried to do an update of tv firmware last week before contacting you but it said it was up to date.

      Hey Ria sure, tv cannot load the application thats why tv restart automatically. Please clear cache memory and uninstall unused applications. If possible apply reset to factory settings. Then install Netflix app.
      Hopefully this will solve the problem.

    I did a factory reset and software update and it still doesn't work any suggestions at what to do next ? I did all the unplugging tv internet all that the only thing I havent done is uninstall the netflix app but cant see how that will make any difference please help am dying without netflix ❤

      Please don’t worry about that. It is common. This is happening due to recent update of Netflix. So please re perform as below.
      1. Sign out from Netflix and google account
      2. Clear cache memory from Netflix
      3. Unplug TV & router power cable for 10 minutes
      4. Now turn on TV & recheck the Netflix.
      If same problem then wait few days. It will be solved normally.
      Alternative method: using any browser for watching Netflix or others.

      @@FIXNETFLIX hi am just wondering how you uninstall the netflix app on The jvc tv and re in stall it ? I had a look in the menu and it isnt coming up is it in the smart hub? And if so how do you do it ? It's just a last ditch effort before using a now tv stick to stream which is currently also playing up ps thanks very much for helping and I have subscribed to your channel ❤

      Have you tried to check country settings and adjutant time & date.
      Would you please share currently what is the problem. Is it black screen Netflix or stuck opening screen.

      @@FIXNETFLIX well basically when you click the netflix button on the remote black screen for a few seconds then it goes back to whatever channel it was on same when you click on through the smart hub and in the scroll down menu in settings when you click on netflix it just says deactivated but there is no way to reactivate via the remote

      Please perform as below by remote:
      From within the Netflix app, use the arrows on your remote to enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. Select Sign out, Start Over, Deactivate, or Reset. You will now be given the option to sign in as a different Netflix member.

    How do you bring up the menu? I press menu on the remote and nothing happens?!?

      If you’re tv is so old then the app is compatible with the tv. So download aptoid tv application. Here you can play Netflix video.

      Unplug power cables from electric source for 10 minutes. Then clear your all recent apps.
