Remember how my mom accessed my port for the first time in YEARS? Well, now she learned how to insert my CGM. Haha. The laughs of a CF mom and daughter!
The Frey Life oooohhhh my mum used to make Yorkshire pudding with roast beef mashed potatoes and gravy! Now I'm craving them! (my mum's grandparents were English but we are Canadian)

For the Yorkshire puddings you only need a teaspoon of oil in each (maybe a bit more as your tin is quite big!) Love from Yorkshire! 😊

For the Yorkshire puddings we made to go with rib roast, instead of oil we always used the drippings from the roast

StormySays I so hear you....my Dad was also my “partner in crime” for my medical stuff as we we were both sick. He passed last April. I am so sorry you have gone thru something similar.
I'm sorry for your loss as well. My dad passed in april 2016. We both had chronic migraines, and he know jsut how to help me.

I have always thought the Dexcom application tool is such a funny, little, awkward thing so watching your Mom try for the first time made me smile.
My Granny use to make popovers all the time. We'd eat them warm with butter and jam. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh so good. She'd bake them in glass custard dishes. This was fun to watch and brought back fun memories. It made me laugh.

Godloves 365 they are different kinder eggs they are like a custard chocolate on one side and a toy on the other. Not quite as good at all
With the Yorkshire pudding, if you whisk with a fork instead of a whisk they become much more fluffy and puff up better We always had them with roast beef and drown the puddings in gravy. nom nom nom

I'm from Leeds, Yorkshire. You did a great job with the 'yorkies'!! Try serving with roast beef and onion gravy! Fill the centre with the gravy.
The secret to good Yorkshire puddings is burning hot oil or beef dripping in the muffin pans. You use the same batter as for crêpes. Usually they’re eaten with roast beef on a Sunday at lunchtime after church. The gravy is traditionally made by deglazing the roasting pan, adding some cornstarch to thicken and cooking it out with caramelised onions.

Your parents Rock! The Yorkshire pudding looked yummy! How did it taste? I made it once. The recipe called for the drippings off the beef I was serving with it - Beef Wellington - instead of oil . It was Nom Nom Good!
