    • @marcusappelberg369
      @marcusappelberg369 2 роки тому +1

      Yeah, I started to notice I got really bad anxiety from "Game thinking" - as I call it. I was overanalyzing simple text conversations, asking if I came across too needy, if I responded too quickly etc. In the end it was just exhausting, and I decided to cut back on the game thinking, and just enjoy life. Now I mostly focus on the gym and martial arts. And I'm already feeling better. And the funny thing is that I'm not that bad with women, once I just relax and have fun. I have many women friends, have had a few relationships, hookups etc. Most women find me funny, charismatic and kind (in a good way).
      Women are people just like us, and "training" our brains to just see them as people like us, with good sides and bad sides, and to find good people to hang out with overall, no matter their gender, and then let things go, is a really good thing I've found. To focus on what we like to do and have fun. The right ones will join us. And to get out of our own heads are sometimes the best advice we can follow!

    This works. All my teenage and early 20 life I was the "ugly" guy. I felt like I was and I acted it too. Luckily I started working out and a crazy jaw line came out. I got a good career and found Coach Corey wayne then too. I feel like that old me never existed. I have been doing all of these habits for over 10 years now. I have been married to an 8 for 9 years, make 130k and best of all is the feeling you get when an attractive woman looks at you in the eye and smiles is priceless.

    Only been on it for about 4 months but I cannot recommend working out enough. Not just because when you see little changes in yourself, you gain crazy confidence and start to love being you, but also because, for me at least, it's been a HUGE package of several other points on this list.
    If you work out, you'll start seeing changes and likely want to push it a little more, and that'll require you to eat better, manage your macros of what you take in, so you'll start focusing on that too.
    I watched loads of videos as I was interested in like good body health/growth and found one thing always showing up along side a good diet; sleep. If you don't get enough sleep, your body won't even have a chance to build up and repair itself, so you'll start wanting to sleep better too. And finally, after a workout, you'll want to take a shower anyways as you're a little sweaty and tired out.
    I definitely had a sort of domino effect from starting working out with these, there are just so many benefits it is insane. That's not even mentioning the free feel-good energy you get after working out, you'll feel so proud of yourself.

    The second tip is golden and almost no one talks about it. Simply just clear your youtube alogrithm, it will feel weird at first because youre not being bombarded with the usual content but you will find that in reality you really only care about a fraction of what was being put in front of you. This made me start a new business and I have never been as happy or as successfull

    I definitely feel better, happier, and have more energy when I’m consistently working out, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep. Showering and getting dressed even on days I’m not leaving the house helps with my overall mood and happiness. COVID has made it so easy to stay in pajamas all day, so I think it’s extra important to do these things. Take care of yourself, and if you need to talk to someone, talk, whether it’s a professional or a friend. We’re all struggling through this pandemic.

    Well put, Courtney. Thank you! The best part is that once you're on the right track one good habit will follow the next one. Soon you will realise that you don't need to smoke, you will drink less. You're become more counious about your finances, etc. Simply become the better version of yourself that you were yesterday. It is a process and changes will come slowly, but trust your gut and do what it takes. Happiness overall is coming from doing hard/chalanging things outside our comfort zone.

      One tip to help, as inflammation is detrimental to the body over the long term; to for a minimum 10min walk after each meal. You won't feel bloated, you'll feel like you haven't eaten without feeling hungry, obviously, you'll reduce the inflammation response in the body, the moving core muscles will massage your organs, making digestion smoother, and will gear your body to metabolize early, and when your body is used to this post-meal walk, your metabolism will become much more efficient, and even metabolize your food more quickly.

    Good video as always Courtney. One thing I always notice with you is that you always have such a positive vibe about you, even when you discuss negative things. Something that I find is sorely lacking in our society. :) As for the rest of your video, I find most of them are no brainer when you think about it. If I as a man want a really good looking girl who takes care of herself, I need to apply those standards to myself too. :)
    But I feel confidence and assertiveness are the two most important things you need to have to be more attractive. Maybe not physically, but still. I really can't understand men who are simps. I can't image anything less masculine than that. I am an average looking guy but I work with what I have. And I have rejected just as many girls than the other way around. It is about finding the girl that you find physically attracted to, then find out if they share most of your values, and then showing interest when you do. :)

    Just an add-on for tip 1. Train for something. Working out for aesthetics can often be too obscure of a goal, find a functional reason to exercise and it's much easier to stick to a routine instead of falling off.

    • @UltimateSuperSaiyan
      @UltimateSuperSaiyan 2 роки тому +2

      yup - for me, i like to train for strength - its quantifiable, and its easy to set SMART goals based off strength. also limits body dysmorphia as you're basing your goals off an actual physical quantity rather than what you look like in the mirror.

    • @LatimusChadimus
      @LatimusChadimus 2 роки тому

      As I always say, having goals without plans for steps are nothing but dreams, but same thing, if you are not training with a purpose, you were just moving and you can fall under the listing of exercise but training will get you somewhere and it is interesting that when you achieve goals, survive the stress of work and training, and even when a competition or get over a personal hurdle, you get a temporary boost in testosterone.
      I put a comment up earlier that if you move with intention, speak with intention, and act with intention, that only does it give you the feeling of confidence but it also gives off the appearance of confidence to those around you

    The dressing well thing is weirdly important. I've always worked in a field where a uniform is required and over the years I've learned that some uniforms make you feel good and confident when they fit well and are chosen right and others literally hinder your performance because they are sloppy looking and fit poorly.
    It wasn't a conscious new year resolution but I started taking some extra time on my off days to choose an actual outfit and dress a level up from my normal and people were commenting on it within a day. Even at the grocery store. I feel better about myself throughout the day because i took that extra few minutes to more better clothes on. It makes you stand out in a good way without being flashy and obnoxious. People do notice.

    I am a single dad with 7 dollars left at the end of the week so I tend to shop for clothes at places like Goodwill. Can you maybe do a video on how to find gold stuff and dress well by thrifting? I think that would be a great addition to your style videos (which I've found helpful when looking) and it would be neat to get your opinion on how to identify good clothes, put styles together, etc while browsing a second hand store.

    I agree with the corporate job issues. I had exactly the same issue. Plus getting bs calls in 4 am while you sleep for something someone else did, or forgot to do. I was sick and getting overweight easy 🤮. About workout, well going to the gym in my country is way too expensive. Everyones sallary is around 180 euros and gym tent to charge more than that. Plus they tent to be small, overcrowded and closed during the pandemic. So I have my dog and I walk with her every day for several hours. Or go to my mountain house and go for hiking there or work something physically. I dont eat fast food everyday but the normal food quality has seriously dropped. So much sugar or chemicals in the food that you are supposed to cook and eat...

    A possible 8th: Limit alcohol consumption. A lot of sugar and empty calories, it’s a depressant, it can be addictive (I know firsthand), premature aging, loss of motor and emotional control, dangerous behaviors, etc.

      Yes; never drink your calories! Alcohol does dehydrate you, although sugar (natural sugars, not refined) can help the body in hydration alike potassium.

    For the workouts, if you can't afford a gym, just do the 4 basics: squats, push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. I have attained a very muscled physique with just these, and I am 55. Also, I cannot agree more about sleep. I went for years getting under 5hrs sleep per night and it literally alters your brain chemistry. It is very detrimental and in extreme cases is actually life threatening. Be militant on that one.

    • @LatimusChadimus
      @LatimusChadimus 2 роки тому +3

      I wouldn't do sit-ups, I would suggest crunches because until you can distinguish when you are using your abdominal muscles and when you are using your hip flexors, sit-ups can lead to a lot of spinal compression and nerve pinches

      @@LatimusChadimus thanks for the tip. Not sure if I have been using hip flexor or not, but I've been doing these exercises for decades. No issues yet, but never hurts to reassess and make corrections if there's problem with my form. 👍

      @@generally_good_guy a good way to tell is if your knees move before your sternum, as I use my hip flexors and my hamstrings to pull myself down into a squat, using my glutes to finish the movement and my quads to start the ascension (as a past powerlifter) so I already can distinguish the difference but there is one sign for you haha good luck! And Bring Sally Up!

    You are emotionally, mentally, and physically attractive woman. Wish there more women out there with the same qualities and character. Then again, it’s what makes you unique and sets you far apart from the rest. Hopefully our paths can cross one day. Until then keep shining bright and being your authentic self; it’s very attractive in the “whole package” way!

    1. Ignore her words focus on her actions
    2. Don’t chase women become the man that women will pursue
    3. Women you previously pursued and got rejected by Will later be interested when they see you have a different woman
    4. Women think about marriage as a wedding day and not a lifetime supporting and respecting their man
    5. Embrace rejection it will make you stronger
    6. Disdain women who rejected you, ignoring them is the best revenge
    7. The more attractive she is the harder you have to be, DONT SIMP
    8. Stay away from single mothers
    9. Prioritise your appearance no matter what’s
    10. Never fully commit
    11. Don’t share your weaknesses with a woman, seek professional help in a serious rut
    12. Women cheat more than men, don’t let her accusations blind you
    13. Be low tolerance, be ready to walk away at any given moment
    14. Don’t be bitter, accept female nature and adjust
    15. Keep playing the game and make it difficult. People come back to difficult games to try and beat it, easy games get played once and put on the shelf🚀👀💯✅✅✅

    I know the working out part is truth. I remember having a little gut and a woman accidently touched it and I saw the grossed out look in her face a little. I was being the best I can be and continue to do better for me and not expect anything from anybody or the people I would like to date. They have their own thing as well. People will come and go, yes but focus on yourself to be better for you and be kind to others around you. Yes I can sense that fitness is attractive to most.

    Hi Courtney, I’m a single working dad, a young looking 38. I work Monday - Friday and spend time with my daughter at weekends and school holidays. I find it very difficult to meet ladies because I have very little free time. I tried dating apps but get very few replies and the few I have met just aren’t right for me or we don’t live local enough to meet often. What would you suggest to help get dates?

    • @LatimusChadimus
      @LatimusChadimus 2 роки тому

      Clean up Everything in your life, esp social media, get off of online dating apps, try your hardest to not give out free attention to women (simping), and keep an eye out for genuine interest, and let her behaviors determine your next course of action(s). I'm sure it's tough to have time, but you gotta invite in the ones who wanna be there, and avoid stepping into their world as it'll complicate your own. Your world comes first!
