Blue > red. Better contrast in the head sculpt. But I want both 😩
This is what I like about Toy Shiz, not only is he doing a review, but he is also giving a back story of the characters in the comics. This is something that other reviewers such as Shartimus don't do or can't do because they don't read the comic book.
The one I was really hoping for is the Knightquest version with a black cape and red/gold body suit like the Kenner toy. Maybe that repaint will come out later on, but you're right about these looking super cool and people wanting the blue one. It's definitely more iconic and works really well colour wise.
Ugh. McFarlane's handling of this character is abysmal. I never saw the original Walmart exclusive despite hitting the store daily (swore I'd never do that again). Now the blue version is a chase and the red one is sold out everywhere. So much for the average collector getting a hold of this. Gratz to those who managed to get one or both. Fingers crossed I happen across at least a red one in the store.
While I can see why some would prefer the blue, I personally like the red/gold version.

Your Right When you said the Blue is the favored one. Pre-ordered one from Amazon See what I Get. Would like to see Mcfarlane Do a Sgt. Rock Action figure. That one is much needed...

I don't get the " Bane too tall" when he's been able to become giant in the comics and games. I also don't get the" maybe we can get a redo" on those characters if that would never happen. Knightfall Catwoman is worth like 50+$ now and she looks badass.
Worse case scenario: I buy some blue spray paintand paint the damn thing myself. It is going it be hard to find the red one let alone the blue platnuim varient. A good idea is also getting that future state Batman and painting his head for a more traditional knightfall appearance.
Didn’t know there was gonna be a chase for this one so I’m glad I ordered 2. Hope I get a red and blue.

I need to mix parts of new blue azbat with the first one. The new gray is the correct gray.
