I love chicken salad. All of them. 😂. I love to try new recipes. I even enjoy it with mayo, celery and dried tarragon. Sounds simple but I like it. ✌🏼Felicity Back in the day, I would make 3 different salads to have for dinner. Chicken, tuna, and egg. We called it a par 3 night. My husband liked to golf. I’m definitely trying this…a “grownup “ chicken salad. 😂
One of my favorites. I used to have a friend make this for me back in the day but, now, maybe I can make my own. Gurl friend added grapes and slivers of almonds which I liked and I most def, I like the idea of dried seasonings because the fresh stuff tends to go bad before I can get to it (if you know what I mean). Thanks friend for sharing Sister-in-Love's recipe.
That looks so good, ill be making that this weekend, i keep those cans of chicken on hand all the time. Thanks so much, love watcing your videos and love listning to you talk, love ya
Talli Faye, a few comments regarding this awesome salad. Next time you make it. Try separating about 2 Tablespoons of it and add a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce. I’m betting, it will become a new ingredient in it. I would suggest about 1 teaspoon in that recipe. Second suggestion, I would serve that on a nice buttery Croissant, with some Butter Lettuce or baby Spinach. Now that’s an award winning $19.85 Bistro lunch, soup included!😊
Gosh Talli Faye you are gorgeous and you have awesome hair!! What a beautiful southern woman! And thank you so much for a different chicken salad recipe. I love chicken salad and was wanting one that was different from the ones I always have so this fits the bill perfectly! I also want to say I watched your devils food cake video as well and I don't believe I've ever seen anyone do a homemade devils food! I'm going to try both of these recipes! I also want to tell you that I appreciate your exuberance, joy and the love you try to show to your viewers...such a sweet person. You are appreciated! Happy Mother's Day sweetheart!

Hi Talli Faye. We love a good chicken salad, and that looks dang good. I usually do celery and onion, but never thought of horseradish and dill, plus relish. I was drooling, lol. Thanks, Ginger! Thanks, Talli Faye, for sharing Ginger's amazing chicken salad with us. Have a blessed evening 💕

Another yummy sounding recipe from Talli Faye! I have never heard of mayo with a hint of lime. If I can't find that, I wonder if a pinch of that tajin spice would do the trick.
Just recently saw that they made mayo with different flavors. Who knew? I haven’t been grocery shopping in a store much in 2 Yrs or more. Just online. 😂. Looks delicious
Good Morning! Those choppers are one handy tool! Can’t wait to try this, I have never seen mayo with lime. If I can’t find it, can I use regular mayo and add a squeeze of lime juice? I hope you have a great day😊

Looks delicious!!! They don’t sell Duke mayo in my area and can’t find mayo with lime at Walmart can I buy regular mayo and just get a lime and squirt a few drops in it?
Honestly, I have never tried Dukes or any other Lime Mayo. But from my more than Twenty years culinary experience. You could do exactly that. I would suggest, about 1/2 Teaspoon to each cup of Mayo. So for a 1/2 Cup of Mayo add about 1/4 teaspoon of juice. I would then tell you to try the version you made and possibly add a bit more juice. I also would suggest, if you want a bit more intense flavour. Add about 1/8 to 1/4 Teaspoon of grated zest to it as well. And again test it out adjusting to your own liking. Good luck to you!
All this time, I thought you were saying you were from Iowa Park, Texas. Iola is where my cousin began his ministry in the Baptist Church in Iola. I've been there several times. My brother and his wife lived in Sealy for years and I have visited them many times. I love the town of Brenhem. It is so quaint and there is a meat market there that is so like my husband's business of many years. We had a custom butchering and retail meat market. My husband was famous for his jerky and sausage making. We shipped all over the U.S. to private customers. Now, we are retired, my husband just got too old and infirm to work in that cold, damp atmosphere any more. We sold the business and hubby worked on the farm until he just couldn't anymore. The day he was driving a tractor and a wheel bearing went out and he couldn't hear it, he knew he couldn't farm anymore either. He is now 90 years old and still going strong. He chops weeds and mows family lawns. Cutest yard man in town. Anyway, I'm glad to get your location right. I love your videos, I made the Cajun Pork Chops for supper tonight. We loved it. Now, I'm binge watching your videos and writing down the recipes. Keep going. You are so like down home good cooks I know and I love it. I don't measure either in most cases, except with love.
