Hi, I've just stumbled across your channel. I watched a lot of your tutorials so far and really like them all. I've subscribed to your channel too. It's great I think you are from Uk as you talk about familiar things like B & Q in a vedio. The reason I said that I find there are not many people with good tutorials from UK. That's my opinion anyway. Most of your videos you say you are using a sponge cake, including in this one. Is it your Victoria sponge you referring to. I always make Mary berry's one, but I finds it too buttery, maybe because of margarine. Also never came across your method measuring eggs and adjusting the others accordingly. So please let me know, is your sponge cake is your Victoria sponge. I've got few more of your videos to watch too. 👍 from me to all of them. Xx
