One of the entertainment offerings in Carkitt Market in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando is the telling of tables from The Tales of Beedle the Bard via puppets. This video offers The Tale of the Three Brothers.
That was kinda cute. Them talking at the beginning was so cringe worthy, but the actual puppet show was nice. Nothing will ever compare to Hermione reading it in Deathly Hallows Part 1 and that amazing animation though.
I liked the show, the puppets are pretty cool especially Death, but I felt there was a long build up for such a short story, I feel the story could have been done a wee bit slower as it felt quite rushed :)

But they did rush trough it much quicker then i remember from the movie... But maybe it would be to boring if they told it in a slower pace because there isn't really that much happening with the puppets...

The background music in order: "Living Death" (HP6), "The Ministry of Magic" (HP5), "Lily's Theme" (HP7P2), "Obliviate" (HP7), "Polyjuice Potion" (HP7). The song that plays while they're putting everything away is "The Slug Party" (HP6).

That death puppet looks amazing! Even the giant one that came out of the box/cabinet had amazing detail! This story had always been one of my favorites X3 and I, over all, think this is really good! Except , like others were saying, it did feel a bit rushed.

I always loved this part of the movie, and the puppets are so accurate.
Universal Orlando's one weakness has always been live entertainment/shows. It was cute, but I feel the story had much more potential.

I went there last year and while I found this entertaining what really takes the cake, in my opinion, was the Celestina Warbeck concert. I really liked the music and it was extremely entertaining

Great show, but I feel the ending and wrap up lacked a lot. :/ I think it would have made things a little more entertaining if Tommy(?) had done a charm as he stepped through the door since he was going to after the play?

GaarasIchibi88 Its the Resurrection Stone.. The Philosopher's Stone is something completely different. Its just a simplified version of the story that Hermione read in Deathly Hallows.

if death cant find whoever wears the invisibility cloak how does snape sense harry's presence whilst wearing it?
Michael Baker I think it has to do with Snape's deep love and connection to Lily and the fact that Harry carries her protective spell. So, just as Snape's patronus is the same as Lily's (a doe), he can feel her presence in spite of the invisibility cloak.
Michael Baker I believe your referring to in the philosophers stone while Severus Snape was interrogating Quirrel, I believe snape could just hear harry's breathing

@@tp1492a Snape never had "deep love and connection to Lily"... He had a one sided obsession because she was the only person who didn't treat him like total shit. He was the definition of an incel. It also had literally nothing to do with that scene. When Snape thinks someone might be nearby and reaches out, it is because he is super paranoid and the cloak doesn't stop sound or smell.

I find the beginning so cheesy it makes me cringe. Reminds me of young childrens tv programs....the actual puppet story is good but i would have enjoyed it more if it had been puppets that were dropped down into a stage so the puppeteer isnt seen...the puppets dont stand out very much from the puppeteers its a bit distracting.

Why don't they just have face character meet & greets with Hary Potter, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Dumbledore, etc as entertainment? You'd think meeting Harry Potter would be a highlight of visiting the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter"
But you'll be more interested on how the actual Wizarding World works and what would you do if you actually live there...well,it's my first thought when i found out about this theme park,maybe for other people it's different....
It was actually a specific request and stipulation of J.K. Rowling's that no actor could portray her characters outside of those featured in the films, for continuity purposes, so unfortunately main characters and even smaller named characters are out of the question.

I don't know how accurate this is. Thay have other actors portraying Harry, Ron, & Hermione of the Hogwarts Express Ride. You can tell that their voices on the ride are not the same voices in the films.
I did know that, I believe that her biggest qualm with actors would be the improv aspect, keeping things meticulously cannon would be difficult. In addition, how many times have you seen a face character based off of a live action character and thought, "Well, they are good, but no one could play ____ like _____ did." In my opinion it would instantly take me out of the suspension of disbelief if I suddenly spotted a Daniel Radcliffe knock off wandering about, no matter how well cast it is

I've seen a lot of Harry Potter look-a-likes, some dead on. Only Daniel Radcliffe could play "Daniel Radcliff", but this isn't the 'Wizarding World of Daniel Radcliff", this is the world of HARRY POTTER, a fictional character. You're not there to see Daniel Radcliff, you're there to see Harry Potter. And he wouldn't be walking around, you'd have to wait in a long line to to meet him. When you visit Disney and meet Jack Sparrow, you're not meeting Johnny Depp, you are meeting Jack Sparrow, a character. Since the world of Harry Potter is all fiction, you're not really riding the Hogwarts express or visiting the real Hogwarts castle, you're just visiting representations of them, just like how you'd be meeting a representation of the Harry Potter Character
It's not impossible to find an actor who could portray Harry Potter to the T, & to meet a believable Harry Potter looklike would only enhance your experience and make it seem even more believable and real.

If they are gonna tell the story of the 3 Brothers there shouldn't be 2 Boys and 2 Girls and there should be a man playing a brother not a Girl i think it's a bad play compared to the Movies ! this makes the movie looks Bad !
