I ran into this issue recently. Run the dryer cycle for a while. I had to run a complete dryer cycle, for some people running it 10 mins have worked. That helped resolve the issue for me. Hope it helps.
I've only owned mine for a few months and this tree sap substances keeps growing back on the plate after each use. Idk what I'm doing wrong in descaling process. I don't use any other products on this appliance. Literally just rinse my bottles after washing and then sterilize, yet this saucy substance keeps coming back. Sad to say but I'm throwing it out if I can't figure this out today.
Hello , do it look like a lot of white circles? I have been having issues and whatever it is.. it’s getting on my baby bottles and pump parts. I have even reached out to them due to lactation and baby pediatrician suggestion that to me. However, I have not been able to pump or use baby bottles had to order new one smh and only using for soon to be 1 month. From the looks of it doesn’t look like they respond to comments.
After doing this step exactly, it looks like there is now rust deposit on the heating element
My sterilizer is constantly beeping when turned on and pushed the Auto/sterilizer buttons. I'm completely lost at how to fix this; please guide.

Always clean anything you have before using.
I did it but its smells vinegar does that affect bottle sterilization?
@@athirababu1955 I wondered the same. I'm sure you ran the full sanitization cycle empty before putting bottles in. That seems to get the job done.

Are you filling it with just normal tap water?
@@everton1878able using distilled water only. They told me it's rust and they can replace it
