If you had cleaned the valve filter still not working, you might need to replace the inlet valve. I have another video shows how to test the valve and replace the valve. Hope it could help you solve the issue.

我的洗碗机有相同的故障，不过我是完全不进水。我测量了电压，12伏电压过来了，但就是不进水。所以我就订购了一个进水阀，装上以后故障依旧。我就不知道是什么原因了。不过还好，我立马就退了新买的进水阀(没你说的那么贵，才23块加币)，但洗碗机就只能扔了，请修理工来修这么一个房地产商提供的杂牌洗碗机，不值得。
现在洗碗机很便宜。买个新的比找人修理划算的多。
