Armature
• Wooden stick
• Old brush
• 3 mm Aluminum wire
• 2 parts epoxy compound (M-seal)

why you decided to use epoxy compound this time? it does better than clay?

Some cured polymer clay for example a texturing tool reacts from the plasticizer that leech out on the surface of a raw clay overtime, making it weaker and crumble. Whereas, epoxy don't and not affected by the plasticizer at all.
