it depends on the board you have. sometimes if your edge has a bevel degree 0f zero your edge will be very easy to catch. go into any board shop and ask for a one to two degree bevel. you can also slightly dull the edges to.
I have those pink dragon goggles. Unfortunately I went night riding while it was raining n had to keep wiping em off in order to see at all n it ruined the lenses
Whats you guys think is easyer to learn? The shown Cab 270 because you land in your "normal frontboard" on the Rail, or a "normal" 270in because you dont need to approach the Rail switch?!
you just overlay the same footage a bunch of times, than figure out the time necessary for the body to complete move from its initial position. As in left side of the moving body, must be passed by the right side. Use that as a standard to delay the layers below the initial footage. Than you cut the top layer to allow you to view the layer below with both bodies in view, and you repeat the process untill you have a string of people doing the same trick. Although it's all the same footage. The camera needs to be stationary to do this, and it will only look good if their is no movement besides the person doing the trick in the part of the footage you want to see. Hopefully you understand what i'm saying, i know i explained it terribly.
Cab you should be popping off the nose, not the tail. It would be switch 270 board. There's definitely a difference, but snowboarders seem to think switch and cab tricks are the same... I don't understand?! :(
right, in snowboard, going cab 180 is the same as switch front 180. Although, you say switch 180 back to say switch 180 back, there's no word such as "cab" for it
To answer everybodies questions: It is a cab because he is riding switch and does a frontside spin. Dont compare it to skateboarding where a cab is a fakie pop. And the "Backside" blunt is a FRONTSIDE blunt. He even says it in the video at 2:48. It is just the title that is wrong. It is always a frontside slide when the rail is in front of youl. It is always a BS slide when the rail is behind you.
thanks bro that helps alot. always wanting to push my riding further and good tips help
these are really good tutorials
if the feature is in front of you its a frontside maneuver, if its behind you its a backside hit
his helmet is pretty damn cool, never seen it before

no. if you roll up to with you front to the rail its "frontside", if you roll up on the other side with your back to the rail its "backside"
definitely front blunt, for the same reason that a front board is a front board even though your back is facing down the hill..
pat milberys a nort
You dont want to ollie into a blunt then all your weights on your nose and youll slide off
