  • Frontier of Change - Growing up in Wasilla, Alaska, Cordelia Kellie felt different. It wasn’t until she visited her mother’s home village of Wainwright for the first time, and started learning the Iñupiaq language that she really felt at home. Now she shares her knowledge and pride in North Slope culture with other young Native Alaskans.

I wish I could go back to my home town in Kotzebue. I lived there for so long. I was learning inupaq since I was 3.
