Join me as I embark on my FIRST Disc Golf experience in the USA. Nestled on the outskirts of my hometown, the first course I'll be playing is by a lake about a half mile behind my parents house. I actually used to work at this very place when I was growin up! Really cool to see there is a short 9 hole course with a lot of elevation changes and pine trees!

I feel like that is understood OB and would make the course quite a bit more challenging.
Ya it’s a good chance it might be OB but I didn’t see anything on the signs or in UDisc. TBH it was actually a pretty challenging course already because of throwing uphill and blind so much

Awesome! What state do you call home? BTW: What microphone are you using? The sound quality was great with all that wind.
Nebraska is where I grew up and what I call home. Aint much there so glad to see some courses around hahaha 😅 and I use the DJI wireless mic and fix up the windy audio in the edit
@@discgolfjustice I grew up in Southern California, but prefer to call Minnesota home. However, I still have not found an enjoyable outdoor activity for the months of January and February in the Midwest. Played my first ever tournament in February. That was an experience. 🥶🥏🧺

Preciate it! I was just visiting for a couple weeks to see some family (and play a bit of dg 😏)
Pretty jealous. In the 9th largest populated area in Australia it's a disgrace we have literally one course, its not even full size, & a pitch and putt, both within 10 mins of each other. Then it's only a 60km drive to another or 70km to the other. At the prices of fuel I can't afford to drive to go to a different course.
I feel your pain on that mate. I live in Sydney and we just have 2 courses but both are only about a 30 minute drive from me
@discgolfjustice only 2 in Sydney? Far out...considering the population and how big Sydney is, would have thought there would have been more, now I feel like a dick for complaining....
