Replaced egr now conputer says common rail pressure too low.There is a lot of smoke going uphill and full throttle.Also sometimes going limp mode on when doing a lot of km.maybe drv valve faulty?I checked the injectors they are fine.
Hi, there is a knocking sound in your engine. My OM648 also has it. I was afraid its some mechanical knock. Did you face any issues? The sound im referring to is the clack clack clack of the engine tone itself. I have heard many engines they dont have this rhythm to them. Im not talking about injector clatter. Hope you get what Im ref to.
my egr cables are not se same colours in the video is the colours red black and grey black my cables from my egr are yellow grey and yellow black can i install this cdi box???
Hi mate, try to clean the egr valve and leave it in the closed position and disconnected from the electrics and then make sure you connect your box to the right wires

Hi Sebastian I'm having limp mode because of an EGR fault on a S320 cdi w220 year 2002, what box can i fit to disable the egr? I've inspected the EGR and i cannot see the valve moving, any ideas? is it blocked? The engine goes al over 5000 rpm but with I would say 1\3 of its power in limp mode, the first 5 minutes after starting the engine goes perfect with lots of power, then limp mode, thanks
Hello Jaieesq, typical symptoms, the EGR is definitely faulty and no operating, That's why go in to limp home mode. Need to replace EGR valve or fit the emulator. Emulator will solve problem in 5 minutes. EGR will be disabled all the time and no limp home mode. Engine will feel more powerful than before and also better than with working EGR. Sometimes that limp mode is activated due a problem with vacuum system. Electrovalves do not have the proper electric resistance 14 Ohms. Then the Turbo is out, and power limited. In cold brilliant but when engine heats up, limp mode is activated.

I guess he didn't answer, I have the same issues so I am in the process of using oven cleaner to get rid of the soot build up. Update April 2023, removed swirl flaps cleaned egr , cleaned out turbo hoses, used oven cleaner for intake , replaced damaged vacuum hoses and all it good!!

sebastian v yes I have bought new one and no difference after changing, no codes as well on Snap ON where when I had problem with swirl flaps and actuator leaver broke did come up with flaps stuck shut and came up with codes so we know its working ok. I have cleaned EGR with inlet manifold and swirl flaps. Thinking there is vacuum leak but cannot find it . Have also changed the preasure regulator pump as had delay in acceleration now its gone. Also after cleaning EGR ect. Harsh acc and shaking is less. So my thinking is the EGR itself leaking inside. If I buy your emulator I will get rid of the problem?
It is definitely recommended to disable EGR on your engine type. In case working or not, disabling give a lot of benefits. If you have cleaned intake + swirl job, no want to get exhaust gases going to intake anymore. Have you checked injector washers + injectors itself?
I had a E270 CDI in kerala India had a problem. The engine lose of power after some time. it only rev up to 2500 to 3000 rpm. what could be the problem. This devise will fix it. if this will fix the problem how can I buy it. and what is the price.

In engine W210 E320 CDI the swirl flaps can be removed. BUT the M-55 motor that move flaps must be electrically conected in order to avoid Limited Power Mode (Limpmode) that limits RPM to 3.000 maximum. So mecanically can be not linked to the M-55 electric motor, and placed in full open position.

Te lo explico. 1 cable color amarillo-blanco que va al cable del mismo color del sensor MAF. 2 cable color negro-rojo que va al + Rojo-negro de la electroválvula de vacío EGR. 3 cable (-) Gris-negro de la misma valvula EGR. Lo que hace en el video es mostrar los 5 cables del Sensor MAF y señalar el blanco-amarillo. Lo mismo al desconectar el par de cable de electroválvula EGR. Fíjate que los 3 cables van en el mismo mazo que entra por la esquina superior derecha de la caja de cables de la ECU. Buscarlos lleva un tiempo y es cuestión de no confundirse de color del cable. Yo los tengo marcados.

my question is, how this box will affect the engine in time , thinking that egr has also the role of cooling the cylinders and the exaust smoke circulated by working egr contribute to the air fuel misture. could be that the cylinders will overheat and melt the pistons in time because of lack of exaust gas in the mixture, cause these engine have been build for all parts to work together for the best result, but putting a trick box to fool the ecu that the egr is fine and working , wont it damage the engine in time? messing with the electronics is not a good idea even if you get more power and less smoke and all that, but in case it goes wrong who is to be held responsable?, engine are not cheap. thumbs up
Not affect engine lifetime in a long term, this mod increase the life of engine and all related parts. If you gas the engine to max power with the standard working EGR than the egr is in closed position all the time when acceleration. Most critical to melt pistons is under full acceleration and in this condition mercedes OEM egr close, so absolutely no worry about melting pistons with disable EGR

Он поставил обманку. Она в свою очередь показывает компьютеру, что воздушный клапан работает. А этот клапан приводит в действие ЕГР и заслонку (у меня на 202). Так вот можно обойтись и без обманки. Надо снять фишку с воздушного клапана и с блока управления заслонками, которые находятся на впускном коллекторе. Только так просто их не увидеть. Дотянуться можно до разъёма, но тяжело.
@@КириллРумянцев-ъ3у во первых надо понять причину чёрного дыма (дрявый патрубок, форсунка, забитый ЕГР или ещё что-то). На момент комментария у меня была цешка с 611 мотором и движок периодически сваливался в аварию из-за нехватки воздуха. Тк во впускном коллекторе стоят вихревых заслонки и 3 из 4 были в закрытом положении. Вообщем я на датчик ДМРВ примотал сопротивление и всё стало ОК! Тачка в аварию не уходит. Сейчас же у меня 210 универсал с 613 мотором. Он дымит поменьше чем на видео. Но тут уже дело в первую очередь в шлангах интеркуллера. Они дрявые и слышно как воздух гуляет... + ещё форсунка минимум одна сливает. При температуре 80 +, очень плохо заводится или вообще отказывается. Если надо подсказать какой провод разрезать и какое сопротивление вешать, пиши.
@@Roma4e Доброго дня. Вы знаете, у меня 612 мотор, дыма нет совсем, на впускном коллекторе, заслонки убраны. Но вот смотрю, все поголовно отключают ЕГР, но грамотно ни кто этого не делает, все по разному это делают. У меня новый мотор, с пробегом 11000 тыщ км. Масло в норме, дыма нет. Я особо не хочу отключать, т к это уже повышение темп в камере сгорания, а дизель, он и так горячий.....

@@Rover620TiVitesse so this is like EGR Delete but not a permanent way and you can remove it if you want so to return it to the original state right?
@@evronetwork YES, just unplug the emulator and plug EGR transducer cable connector back to the EGR vacuum transducer.

Lo que hace en el video es mostrar los 5 cables del Sensor MAF y señalar el blanco-amarillo. Lo mismo al desconectar el par de cable de electroválvula EGR.
Fíjate que los 3 cables van en el mismo mazo que entra por la esquina superior derecha de la caja de cables de la ECU. Buscarlos lleva un tiempo y es cuestión de no confundirse de color del cable. Yo los tengo marcados.

my question is, how this box will affect the engine in time , thinking that egr has also the role of cooling the cylinders and the exaust smoke circulated by working egr contribute to the air fuel misture. could be that the cylinders will overheat and melt the pistons in time because of lack of exaust gas in the mixture, cause these engine have been build for all parts to work together for the best result, but putting a trick box to fool the ecu that the egr is fine and working , wont it damage the engine in time? messing with the electronics is not a good idea even if you get more power and less smoke and all that, but in case it goes wrong who is to be held responsable?, engine are not cheap. thumbs up
Not affect engine lifetime in a long term, this mod increase the life of engine and all related parts. If you gas the engine to max power with the standard working EGR than the egr is in closed position all the time when acceleration. Most critical to melt pistons is under full acceleration and in this condition mercedes OEM egr close, so absolutely no worry about melting pistons with disable EGR

Cela peut simplement être la sonde qui est sous le filtre a pollen et qui va près des injecteur (+/- 320E) et tout est ok mais pas dans un garage Mercedes....

This emulator is valid for all engines W210 CDI. The W210 not CDI needs another emulator with only 2 cables connecting.

Он поставил обманку. Она в свою очередь показывает компьютеру, что воздушный клапан работает. А этот клапан приводит в действие ЕГР и заслонку (у меня на 202). Так вот можно обойтись и без обманки. Надо снять фишку с воздушного клапана и с блока управления заслонками, которые находятся на впускном коллекторе. Только так просто их не увидеть. Дотянуться можно до разъёма, но тяжело.

@@КириллРумянцев-ъ3у во первых надо понять причину чёрного дыма (дрявый патрубок, форсунка, забитый ЕГР или ещё что-то). На момент комментария у меня была цешка с 611 мотором и движок периодически сваливался в аварию из-за нехватки воздуха. Тк во впускном коллекторе стоят вихревых заслонки и 3 из 4 были в закрытом положении. Вообщем я на датчик ДМРВ примотал сопротивление и всё стало ОК! Тачка в аварию не уходит.
Сейчас же у меня 210 универсал с 613 мотором. Он дымит поменьше чем на видео. Но тут уже дело в первую очередь в шлангах интеркуллера. Они дрявые и слышно как воздух гуляет... + ещё форсунка минимум одна сливает. При температуре 80 +, очень плохо заводится или вообще отказывается.
Если надо подсказать какой провод разрезать и какое сопротивление вешать, пиши.

Вы знаете, у меня 612 мотор, дыма нет совсем, на впускном коллекторе, заслонки убраны.
Но вот смотрю, все поголовно отключают ЕГР, но грамотно ни кто этого не делает, все по разному это делают.
У меня новый мотор, с пробегом 11000 тыщ км. Масло в норме, дыма нет.
Я особо не хочу отключать, т к это уже повышение темп в камере сгорания, а дизель, он и так горячий.....
