The Crown Jewel Races are one of the end game endurance races in Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. Returning to this game is the Island Tour race from Crown Jewel Jade. I am using the Monstrous 2762hp Porsche 918 Spyder for this. You will get 1 million credits by completing the race in under 12 minutes.

yeah but, he is going 330mph... about 120mph faster than anything in Burnout ever had.
There's Burnout spinoff or whatever and it's... Horrendous... Burnout deserves better

It sounds realistic enough that it feels like a powerful machine and that's all that matters. It's a videogame, every game I ever played had a different sound for this car, Need for Speed Carbon used a somewhat similar deeper tone as well in 2006.

300 MPH = 134.11 m/s
a = Δv/Δt = 134.11 [m/s] / 6 [s] = 22. 35 [m/s^2]
Where:
a ≡ aceleration
Δv ≡ change in speed
Δt ≡ change in time
G-force would be that number divided by Earth's gravitational acceleration: 22.35 [m/s^2]/9.81 [m/s^2] = 2.29 Gs

@@eddyalvaross2195 Fair enough. Correcting the numbers still results in 1.41 Gs sustained for 6 full seconds. That 0-300 km/h time is less than half of what current hypercars achieve. While most of them can exceed 1G in cornering, they do so only for a brief moment. This thing is actually painfull to drive

@@DanielAustin-q3kAsphalt 8/9 gives you this level of grip and speed combo. We don't even see it to this extent in Forza Horizon. So yes, this is mobile game levels of arcade were witnessing. The drifting at 200mph gave it away and literally no damage accrued. It's laughable

I have seen other racing simulator games and it's gameplay, but man... This is some insane driving skills.
I feel like people would've viewed this game much more favorably if it weren't supposed to be a TDU (online connectivity and optimization issues aside). This genuinely looks like a blast. It makes me think of a modern NFS game where they drop B2D altogether.

Idk with this gameplay, either the sense of speed in this game is insane or the upgraded 918 hits +270 mph easily. This kind sense of speed wont be good for multiplayers race. I will prefer the motorfest for hypercars race over solar crown
Multiplayer with this crazy speed would be fun, everyone is at the mercy of the car and some luck. Id get great laughters playing this with others
It's definitely way more fun & adrenaline filled like this, if people want slow(er) races & crappy upgrades, stick to NFS, The Crew or some of the other games lol
@@J_PeteWhat are you talking about? Past NFS had this type of arcade, adrenaline filled races. It was even worse with excessive camera shake and screen vignette. It's laughable that this game is getting compared to NFS as the developers claimed they were aiming for more realism than Forza Horizon. This is beyond Horizon levels of unrealistic 😂
