I love deadmau5. I'm glad people hate him. The amount of expression achieved through music is too huge to fit with everyone else's expression; be glad there's variety. Without variety, your favourite genre would never have been born.
I don't know how he does it, but he has sounds now that are distinctly and uniquely his. I now understand how Beethoven must have felt about his new pianoforte. This guy is both building the sounds and composing/performing his own music..... from a spread sheet? New respect for Microsoft please and thank you

This track was created long before Deadmau5 has any modular equipment. I might be wrong but the bass for this track was created by recording a door stopper and then using digital effects to manipulate it.
