Champions with dashes should have the MS soft cap lowered honestly, or maybe just make it less effective on them altogether
@@kelving420 so you are essentially saying that if your champ has a dash you should not be able to reach enemies. In that case whats the point to keep the dashes in the game? :)

dashes are the most balanced out of the movement abilities. blinks and wall phasing are much much more unhealthy @@Ikari1212

that Ivern didn't even realize that saying "x9 bot" is mathematically wrong
bot can sometimes mean just the position of "bot lane" ie the adc. cuz the sp is in botlane but isnt called bot laner

It is mathematically MORE correct if take probability into account.
If botlane is inting then it means that there is a 99.9% chance the ADC and support are flaming eachother and were going to report the other anyway.
And in such a blind utter rage that they are foaming at the mouth incapable of any sapient thoughts.
Thus not aware of the conspiracy to get everyone to report them.
That make it a true X9 report for both adc and support.

I love how that Ezreal showed in your face calculated aggression the entire game too. Didn't greed his E or summoners and flashed back instantly at 0:46 after leaving that Aphelios 1 hit away from a kill without greeding it for himself, making Aphelios waste his flash and setting up a free kill for the team's carry jungler in the process. As support, you love to see it and play with ad carries like him.

Funny enough Marksmen, Enchanters and Tanks can do similar builds. The only class that is not allowed to get any MS are Fighters, because "it would be to oppressive", but ranged champs with absurd MS are not oppressive, right? xD
Btw, Mages and Marksmen can do 6 full legendary item builds and still hit over 400 MS
It's probably because fighters combine all of the above into one role with the addition of dashes
Yeah GL with mages trying to kill anyone with MS builds. And mages are not characters like Fizz or Diana, those are AP assassins. If you go Ms on Hwei or Ori or Syndra you won't be able to kill anyone once they buy a single MR item. It works on Velkoz because he has scaling true dmg and low cooldowns on his abilities to re-apply his true dmg.

wtf are you on ? stridebreaker, trinity, Hullbreaker,black cleaver,hexplate?? + all the tank or full ad items that can go in a fighter build ? not mentioning the astronomus built in movespeed on most fighters. Not even mentioning AP fighter that can do the same build. If you were right we would see those fighter go with movespeed boots AT LEAST

Thx god i left this game (adc main), i'd agree aphelios didn't do anything right, but he didn't do anything wrong either, he was just boxed into not playing the game and doing no dmg cause he has an incapable supp.
Well, he did make the mistake of playing an adc that relies on autos and crit chance to win the game instead of abilities and lethality, how dare he. (Tbf aphelios does have a shit ton of built in lethality, but it depends on levels :DDD, that thing you get way less than solo laners for whatever reason)

Been telling people ranged champions out range you and out speed you so you cant catch them for years. guys like just gap close onto them like they cant just run away they have dashes that are less conditional up more often and just better than comparable dashes on melee. Now 2 months into a new season where movement speed items havent been changed everyones crying about movement speed items.
