Thank you for allowing us back over at your place Sam, you have some beautiful animals and all of the lizards in today's video were all firsts for me. Thank you for another wonderful week of videos Kenan, Matt and Tom. I look forward to the week ahead.
❤❤❤ hi wow amazing I have always loved lizzards igunias are very cool I learn stuff all the time I think my favorite is the orange one and the rock lizard very cool loved the banana to I love learning stuff about iganuiS And any recital ❤❤❤❤❤ stay awsome
Hi Kenan Thanks for taking a trip back to Sam's breeding facility. He has such a wonderful collection of iguanas, and tortoises. He has some species of iguanas that I have never seen before, and their beautiful colors. He takes such excellent care of all of his reptiles, and tortoises. Very nice enclosures for all of them.Cindy
I picked up two Aldabras from Sam last year. Drove all the way from Texas. I came really close to grabbing an iguana I never knew I always wanted too😂. I’m definitely gonna get one or two in time. Been too busy with my tortoise and snake enclosures.
I love pectinata and cyclura. I dream of having a Rhino iggy one day, though the slinytails are on my short list too. Just have to get a larger space. Awesome to see all rhe babies and beautiful adults too!
I always love seeing the babies Sam has for sale on his UA-cam channel. Whenever I can convince my girlfriend to let me keep an iguana (she already agreed to a tortoise), I’m definitely going to get one from Sam!
Another great video at another awesome facility thanks for all you do, just a suggestion would you ever think of putting the name of some of the animals on the screen I’m not really a reptile person but love to look up all the animals and read about them and sometimes it’s hard to figure out exactly what’s being said, maybe it’s just me but thought I’d mention it. Once again thanks 🙏🏽
I live in San Antonio and learning as much as I can about Beardies and now Uros before I offer myself to be adopted by one. I grew up in the Florida Keys with wild/tame Igies and King snakes. My first companion was a Nurse Shark named Cinnamon. She was accompanied by an Eastern Indigo that remained "wild" but lived in my skiff. Bluey would go fishing with me and hang out while I swam with Cinnamon. My questions to you is this: If I use local ground elements (rock/sand/gavel), how would I sanitize/sterilize it? I believe in well ventilated environments. How "clever" are each as far as being escape artists (screen gauge)? Thank you for insightful, educational, and VERY entertaining information. I am learning so much and feel more and more confident in this devotion.
@Kamp Kenan Torts and crocs are great, maybe even the best, but I would love to see some amazing bioactive outdoor enclosures for some Boas. A crazy morph or two (sorry about the colorblind thing, but the channel would love it), boas are fine to be outside with current laws (keyword: "current") and a bit more variety at the camp will always be a great thing!
If I had more room I’d definitely look into breeding Ctenosaura Pectinata (”Banana Spiny-Tail Iguanas.”) They’re a beautiful species with excellent temperaments and aren’t outrageously expensive. BTW; Sam changing the name of his establishment to “Giant Tortoise Farm” was a very smart move. The “rocket scientists” over at FWC never heard of an “invasive tortoise species” so it (hopefully) gets him out of their sights. I know they’ve bothered him in the past over certain species, Argentine B&W Tegus I believe (?) Dāv Kaufman just made a video on the FWC incident following Kenan’s. He’s absolutely right in that Florida is the nucleus of the reptile/herp/exotic pet hobby; what happens in FL determines what happens in the rest of the country (and ultimately the world.)
Hi Kenyan! R Lee Emmett actually in “ an officer and a gentleman “ before a Fijian film. A small part but he was in it. As what ?? A DI what else !! Great video as usual Kenyan 😅
That first iguana... that is something I would love to keep. I'm in Canada and when i was you had a green iguana that had to be rehomed due to size but something that stays smaller would be perfect. What was the name of that species again so I can do some research on them
I want iguanas again, but unfortunately they have been put on the restricted animal list in my city. In Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Why? Because they can become invasive?! What a sham. There is no way an iguana would survive a -30C winter.
Sam very obviously has pet lovebirds! Which are crazy feral in Arizona and I'm surprised aren't on a Fla. Fish and wildlife ban of some sort they are so invasive.
I know a lot of people pronounce the C but not on this one. I noticed he slipped on that one, but i have heard him say it right, as well. he really is quite knowledgeable, he has a very diversified knowledge. My experience is mostly with giant Tortoises and Cyclura Iguanas but i have a medical interest in them. I have studied them for 40 years so i try to put out a lot of knowledge that i have learned by practical means. I think that is one of the most gratifying experiences i have,, being able to help someone being able to help the animals, that's what life is all about,
@@SamsGiantTortoiseFarm Hey Sam, I'm not knocking him, I thought it was funny. He's a knowledgeable and dedicated keeper and respect him. That said, great facility you have there and that was just part of it. I actually was the first to bring a large group of bakeri into the U.S. from Germany via Gunther Kohler in the late 90's, breed and disperse them.
Hangin out with Sam is a great day!
Thanks so much, Raven!
Good to see Sam and his Bananas, they are gorgeous.

You didn’t say anything about the frogs on the ground
Does Sam breed toads too lol
cool and informative video kenan also how is collin doing?
So far so good
Sam very obviously has pet lovebirds!

they're too busy harassing reptile keepers at the moment
Find me a black and gold Steelers iggy and consider it sold, Baby!
Those are lizards not bananas.
It's pronounced "tee no sore a" not "sit tee no sore" lol
