Rather than to have the wide ban strapping to be placed on the forehead which I assume pulls on the neck/head, why not just design the Tumpline/Super Tump like a pair of suspenders whereby the straps would instead attach to a wide comfy but solid waist belt? Or perhaps have a wide comfy chest belt that fastens below the armpits with the tumpline connected to it with two pull straps? Just a thought as I am no designer.

People that have carried 100's of pounds at a time with tump lines I would trust versus those that say anything of 30 lbs is a heavy load.
