Man Ole Jax is on fire and I'm sold on that Big Dog light......that's what I'll buy next.......that green laser looked like molten lava about to melt through those trees......holy cow!!
Of the 3 colors, red green and amber, which is your favorite for finding them and also deters bugs the best in summer?? Thanks a lot for your help. Trying to decide on which high dollared light I’m fixing to buy.
Red and amber are definitely my favorites. Red seems to not attract bugs much. I’ve had this light for about a year using it all the time without a single issue and the battery life is still great
The colored light modules are on the left side of your head when wearing it and the lasers are on the right. I imagine it helps distribute the weight even on the light so it stays balanced on your head. Idk if there is a huge difference from having them on the bottom compared to the sides though. I’ll put it on a scale and let you know, but it feels about like 2lbs to me. Price is 374.99. And thank you, he’s currently asleep in my recliner lol
I’d put this one against any breed. It just comes down to the individual dog. The female pup cur I have now, her dad has won money in pkc against hounds. It really just depends on the dog
I hunted hounds 30 yrs.Our quail dissapeared so no more bird dogs.I got into squirrel hunting currs and ended up coonhunting them and got out of hounds.Had only currs for 20+ years.Got the fever for another hound and got a bluetick hound now i like.He hunts close and handles good.If he didnt he'd have to go.ha.Currs spoil you to hunt a closer good handling dog.Ive had currs that can make a good hound look sick. But a good one is a good one and a bad one is a bad one.But right now i sure am enjoying my blue hound.I'll keep both.Enjoyed the video.I subscribed.
@@georgeronnieburnettburnett4684 thank you for subscribing. I love both too. I have bluetick videos on here as well. I’ll hunt any hound or cur as long as it does what it should.
If I didn’t love my blue ticks so much you’d just about have me wanting to hunt curs. Enjoyed it!
I hunted hounds my whole life until 6 years ago I decided I wanted one for squirrel. He ended up being the best coon dog I’ve raised.
Nice video. The new light looks like a dandy. Man what a handle you have on Jax. Enjoyed your work.
Thank you. Yeah he’s the best handling dog I’ve seen. My dad swears he understands English lol

@@stark_outdoors thanks for the honest review on it!!! I’m excited about finally having a good one.
Still like this light better than others?Do the walklights flood light at your feet good or more of a wide beam? Thankyou
Yep use it all most every night and the walking light covers a pretty big area and has 2 settings a brighter one and a dimmer one
Jax is looking good 👍🏻
Thank you
See any advantage to the light modules being on the sides instead of the bottom of the spot?Know the weight?price? Thanks.Jax is a nice looking Curr.

I weighed the light, it was 1.43lbs
Looking forward to it
Good. I’m looking forward to the leaves being off. I’m too blind to find squirrels in this mess lol
Time for some pkc hunts
Good job.
Thank you
Great video
Thank you
Is it better than a bright eyes fuzion?
In my opinion yes. Big Dog has all the latest features and is more comfortable than any light I’ve had on.
How’s them mountain curs do versus the blue ticks?
