Some of those town names are a nice memory for me. Recognize them as i ran out thru Brittany Ferries to Ouistreham for many yaers late 80s to early 2000s with Seaforde. Been in the USA. 20 yrs so brings back a few memories
I reckon a lot of the villages you passed through also experienced the vehicles involved in the allied invasion of 1944. There was a large battle at Falaise not far from where you was in June/ July 1944.
Yes, there are many war memorials in the area.
I used a pizza machine in dieppe in September, very impressed!

Thank you for another great video. I lived just outside of Burtom upon Trent many years ago, lovely countryside. Have you ever considered having a second camera on your truck/lorry ? Just thought that having another camera would give us veiwers a better idea of what its like for you to manouver your lorry in some of the warehouses that you visit, thanks again 😊.

Ah the wonders of a Deviation. I saw most of France involuntarily because of these things. If they want people to slow down, put in a camera instead of that great big ramp. Everyone slowing down for it must be keeping the residents wide awake, not to mention all the stuff in your lockers getting thrown about.
Hard to beat a Gray and Adams. Pulled them for many years with Seaforde. I had 3 new ones i pulled all the time with Euro Hooks for hanging sow meat with Seaforde when we done work for Cheale Meats out to Germany late 80s to mid 90s. Best trailer on the road for hanging meat loads
British made and does exactly what it says on the tin 😁
@@GBtrucklady ur right. My last dedicated Euro Hook trailer with Seaforde was a Lamberet. I hated it , very swingy with a load of hanging sow meat. Gray and Adam's are in a class of their own ...
We used to work in the GnA Doncaster yard building blast chills sometimes.

Super vlog again Sherralin. Don't you just love a "deviation" as it's a magical mystery tour of places you would never go ( or ever again) at least as you said you didn't meet a low bridge but it adds to an exciting life!( if some what stressfull) but it could have been alot worse!

Loved the pizza machine, you should have bought one, 🤣🤣 and the Formula One inserts. My brother and I are planning to do the Normandy beaches in the summer of 2024, a lot of fighting around Caen, not Montgomery's favourite place. 😂😂 Lovely bit of reversing, " to me, to you " 😁😁. Kudos to you, I can't reverse a car or drive in Europe. 😂😂 Thanks again for something different, enjoyed seeing the tiny villages in France at night. You have a great sense of humour.
