    I definitely had the back and forth between a traumatic environment at home and a traumatic environment at school. I had no peace and was regularly targeted by people at home and at school.

    I never knew what trauma was until I started following you and realized I have been through so many traumatic events in my life. After realizing that those events were what made me traumatized now, it all made sense. I'm thankful that I'm no longer experiencing trauma now but my past trauma has took its toll on me. I also have hashimotos disease and for the past two years my symptoms have been so bad, dealing with my mental health has been a struggle.

      Hey! I know it has been a while since you posted this, but I feel I can certainly empathize with you, and I wanted to see how you are doing. I was just diagnosed with IBS-C, and my body is overreacting to normal foods it didn't always react to. When she first described Child A vs. Child B, how one had a break from the threat (supportive parents, etc.) and the other did not, my stomach started burning, and I felt terrible! I had to pause the video and I read your post and now I'm not feeling bad. It's like I don't emotionally react to triggers or triggering messages anymore, even though they are healthy and validating, but my body obviously is! This really disturbs me. Five months ago, I left a long-term abusive relationship only to dive head first into a toxic work environment, and I don't use the word "toxic" loosely. I recently resigned from that company, and since then I have felt like I'm in a numb, dissociative state of mind. I'm left wondering, have I had so much trauma that my heart and mind can no longer deal with it, so now my body has to?

      ​@moniqueloupe8867 I can't answer that question for you , but I can share with you what I've learned from Dr Bruce Lipton & Dr Joe Dispenza 🙏 Our bodies can react negatively even when our emotions are doing ok . But the brain gets addicted to the stress hormones that our body creates when we encounter a negative experience , and keep replaying that experience in our mind , which of course creates those negative emotions = feelings . Like Dr Joe says if your mad 5 days later , about someone who cut you off in traffic but keep on reliving the experience thats called a Mood .... next phase is temperament when you've been agonizing and reliving the situation for months on end , and then finally comes The Personality Trait . Where that negative emotion is a part of your personality.
      So we in essence have to reverse psychology ourselves, and replace those negative feelings with positive thoughts , that very quickly turn into positive feelings , which is very healthy and healing for our body and mind. I Hope that helps 💪😇🙏💖✨️

    This makes so much sense! As emotions are just energy in motion that have not yet moved through you and are thus stuck and stored in your body (hence the sometimes unbearable amount of tension that we feel)! Thank you for this!

    I’ve begun experiencing an unexplainable(by doctors) heart/chest pain that came all of a sudden after 8 consistent months of one traumatic event after the other. On top of still healing from childhood trauma. This video makes me think maybe I need to see a therapist and perhaps i could heal my body.

    I didn't know that traumatic events could lead to chronic illness. I also have Hashimotos. It makes so much sense that trama lead to it for me. I wish someone had told me earlier so that I could get more help with mental health than letting my body get worse

    Sorry for asking so many questions but I am learning a lot and I have so many questions 😂 When and how do you know when a certain emotion or memory is now processed an integrated/stored away properly after you "worked" with it? How is that supposed to feel?

    The problem is that Every time I calm down I collapse. So it’s fight or flight OR collapse.. there ‘ S no in between.. there’s no Ventral vAgal state. And when I collapse my head hAs so much pressure and pain that it’s extremely heavy and tired ( to the point I feel it’s dead) And the only way in which I find a líttle bit of relief is by hanging upside down.. with my head lower than my shoulders. I’ ve spent 5 years like this.. what should I do ? I consciously feel safe and loved!!

    Can u get trauma from intrusive thoughts? And can u then get PTSD which then causes recurring intrusive thoughts? Whenever I get intrusive thoughts I immediately get extreme anxiety and sadness because it takes me back to whenever I suffered with them before.

    One traumatic environment to another, the only relief I ever had was the first ten minutes of school or home, if even ten, until the other trauma starts.

    I've read that the biggest differentiating factor between PTSD/C-PTSD and panic disorder is that panic disorder is not the result of trauma. I'm not an expert by any means, but I have trouble believing that we don't develop panic attacks as a response to trauma. The idea that trauma can be stored in the body makes me believe that is why panic disorder occurs.

      Having intrusive thoughts that scare you causes anxiety and anxiety gets trapped as energy in the body so, yes! You can use these tips and watch ™ video on intrusive thought to help you!

    When I get anxiety in a place I get very sleepy, is like my body will shut down and I cannot explain why I feel like I am going to sleep very hard :(

    can a physical way of traumatization showing itself be migraines? i started to get migraines when the traumatization started and it got worse a few years later

      It can! It’s important that you get a full physical check up first to ensure there isn’t another reason for your migraines but often when there is no medical cause but you have trauma in the past the migraines can’t be linked. Google the ACES study! I also have a video about it

    Life has had so many changes , and then you realize you have basically no family left , maybe two friends left = no love & very little laughter. It adds up and takes a toll after a while !
    Then you realize many of bs mistakes in your life are your own fault and could've been handled much much better. Ah crap, lets admit it , I i need aome counseling 😮😂🙏
