Finding the BEST 3.75" "The Emperor" action figure

For Star Wars Episode VI Return of the Jedi I need a great THE EMPEROR action figure in the smaller 3.75 inch scale. We have the Vintage Collection and a 5POA basic figure from The Last Jedi toys released. What really is the best one? I dig up my old Power of the Force version and put them all to the test.
