The ex wife overstepping her boundaries was authorized by Bilal. I feel that it was a move to kind of insist or bully Shaeeda in signing the prenup. Even if the ex wanted to speak to her about the importance or how signing the prenup impacts her children, there was a way to go about it. She started the conversation a little hostile for no reason. It was like to say, You better sign it! Shaeeda is way too good and nice of person for this, but something tells me she needs to open her eyes to these signs, life with Bilal will be miserable and constantly under a form of dictatorship where she will have to answer to him, his mother, his sister, the ex, and anyone else other than herself that Bilal respects.

As long as they haven’t been married and divorced more than 3x. She’s just making sure assets are protected. It’s my belief (in this situation) given the understanding of Islam, no one is wrong. Everyone is just deciding where the spokes on the wheel go.
So glad I am not the only one that sees the situation arising. Bilal has more respect for his ex wife than he does for Shaeeda it shows.
This prenup is almost moot with a K1 visa, since he’s responsible for her for 10 years regardless. If Bilal and his ex are really that concerned about handing down wealth to their children, they should create a legal trust for their kids. They should be smart enough to get lawyers to do this, and Shaeda doesn’t need to be involved.

Okay firstly: From a legal standpoint he coerced her into a prenup so nothing they sign will stand up in court at this point even if they revise it. He never got her her own lawyer, it wasn’t mutually agreed upon, and he’s literally documented the coercion on this show.
Next, no one outside of the relationship should be discussing these things and the ex came at Sha really agressively for no reason.

I was bullied into signing a prenup 3 days before our wedding. It was my husband's brother who called us and literally made my husband and I cry on the phone. I signed some random template one. I asked him to include something about cheating (physical or emotional) would make the prenup null and void. I wasn't after my husband's money so I didn't care, I signed it. I also was reminding my husband to get the prenup thing started 1 year before the wedding, 6 months before the weeding, 3 months before the wedding, because I care about him AND I know he's a procrastinator AND laywers on BOTH sides would need time to review everything before signing. I signed it anyway in his car. The brother said, "If you don't sign it, you won't like what's about to happen" (meaning the wedding will be cancelled 3 days before the day). I found out later that prenups (or any contract) signed under duress are already null and void be default. My dear, sweet husband is regularly bullied, manipulated, guilted by his older brother, Mother, and Father. He's getting better at standing up for himself with me by his side. But he's still pretty much their slave. Instead of 100% of the time, I got the ratio down to 70% of the time. The other 30% he's able to be a normal human being with his own life.
There are lots of legal ways to leave a certain amount of money to children without it be able to me messed with through a divorce.

Bilal is so entitled and seems to think she is the lucky one to be in the relationship, she is kind, smart and gorgeous, he should be more humble and realize he is lucky too and that he also needs to put a lot of effort and kindness in his treatment to her. I don’t really see that relationship working long term tbh. Also, he should’ve protected her from that awful exwife, she shouldn’t feel like she can come and judge her and tell her whatever she likes.

She's now pregnant with another man's baby. I don't see this ending well for Bilal if he keeps pushing the prenup to Shaheeda.
One major difference is that in Bilal and Shaeeda situation they're Muslim. In that there's a lot of things Bilal isn't doing correctly when it pertains to this situation but no one is perfect. I just really hope Shaeeda stands strong on her wants and needs because she deserves it.

Now the ex-wife is talking about a prenup with the fiancé? Where they do that at? Bilal claims that he was so hurt and damaged after his divorce, so if your ex-wife hurt you so much then why is she in your current relationship like the HBIC?
