Yes, Constance I am excited to tag along and see what greatness comes. I'm happy for you and the family, you are such a joy to watch. See ya in the next one. ❤❤
There was a lot I liked but I loved the pantry door swinging in both directions. I know there are things, microwave for instance but all in all you are living in a treasure.
I really like your kitchen. It’s sooooo cozy and soothing to me. I understand that you need more room and space on the stove for your canner. I like that set up- but I know it doesn’t provide for the needs that you have. I’m certain you’ll get it just like you like it and I KNOW it’ll be awesome! I love the character of the entire property! Oh my goodness! This will be the place that Miss Willow will grow to love and most likely all of your grandchildren will adore it and make the best part of their childhood memories! How awesome is that?!!! Oh yes- it’s missing a little pony for them to ride Oma!
There are so many super charming things about the kitchen area, but I agree with the pick me ups you mentioned. I can tell you’re the type person who doesn’t let the grass grow under your feet, so I expect you’ll get painting and easy stuff like that done as quickly as possible. I get a kick out of how “handy” you are, so I have no doubt you’ll get things wrapped up. The parts of the place you’ve shown are just almost perfect, and I look forward to seeing the rest as you get organized and your husband and animals arrive. I’m sure you’re so ready for that to happen too! ❤❤❤❤❤
Constance, I know you'll make your kitchen great! You had all those fantastic cupboards you installed in your Alabama kitchen. I'll be excited to see it all come together.
I see tons of projects in your future! From what I’ve seen this new homestead has endless potential to become everything you and your family wanted/needed. I know from experience that this big of a move can be daunting at times, but it will all be worth it in the end. I’m excited for your vision and this new journey. Sending you lots of positive energy, extra patience and keeping y’all in my prayers.
That phone is gorgeous, it's the first thing I noticed ☺️ I'm not a microwave girl myself... And oh my goodness... I absolutely love the pantry & those doors!! You've got this my sister... Thanks for the inside look at your kitchen! 😃💖
You have decorated the current kitchen so nice but I can’t wait to see the changes you make to it. I use my dishwasher for storage. We are building a home on our newly acquired 5 acres and the look on my architects face when I told her I hand wash all my dishes was hilarious, we had a good laugh over it. I absolutely love the pantry door and the squeaky hinges!
Beautiful kitchen Constance. I love the squeaky door too! And the area you put the canners and antique jars. A nice safe place for them, and accessible too. Very nice!
I totally agree with you on your kitchen! You have it set up so cute though and I love, love, love your pantry door! I definitely would do all the changes you mentioned too, if it was me! I like bright and airy too! That stove area would drive me crazy! Love the garden 🪴 window too! Can’t wait to see how beautiful you will make it!
I’m with you on the open shelf concept, I always feel like everything is ‘talking’ to me when I’m in a space like that, it’s also one of the reasons I keep my book collections a certain way, it’s got to look calm to my eye, to much clutter can be anxiety inducing 😊 and I also love the idea of having the old farm sink as a wash station outside, hopefully you can get it back to it’s original white. That squeaky door took me right back to an old store that I used to go into as a young’un .
Oh there is always so much to do in a new home. I'm with you as far as I couldn't handle that backsplash wall paper of the tin ceiling. Love being able to see your pottery 😍
Thank you for sharing the inside of your new home! You have done a remarkable job of setting everything up. I do look forward to seeing all you have planned for renovating the kitchen area. With all your skills, I know it will look wonderful!❤
Thank you for sharing your kitchen and future ideas with us! I waited 5 years to do my very dilapidated kitchen and I’m glad I did. What I thought I wanted initially, was not what I ended up with. And, my family has many fun memories of me making holiday meals with small appliances in different rooms so I wouldn’t blow a fuse! I’m smiling. I have one of your same lamps and I collect antique kerosene lamps and I also have a miniature milk glass lamp! We moved a small farm from NC to PA. We decided to drive the animals, all vehicles in a caravan, during the night. It worked out well til we got to a toll booth and there was a gentleman getting stared down by my Shetland Ram. I thought his teeth were going to fall out due to shock, as this was 4 am outside Philadelphia. But, we made it! I pray you and your family make many wonderful memories at your new home with lots of good health and success.
Good job Constance making this place yours. It will really be awesome watching you get everything set up like you want it. Love that pantry door. Have a blessed day friend
The house is so cute and when you have time for you to add your touches I am sure it will be beautiful! I thought boy she's shorter than I thought! LOL Yep I would have to shorten those counters. LOL
Welcome to my world! I don’t use my dishwasher either. And I seldom use my microwave. I have a big single cast iron sink, alas no drain board. What I did was bought a big rubber maid wash tub that fills 1/2 the sink, so I in effect have a “double sink.”
Same! I LOVE my giant single basin sink. I usually use whichever large bowl or pot that needs washing for the washing water. Also use an oblong strainer for silverware and small items to drain. It doubles for produce cleaning and prep. Works great!
Thanks for the tour..I think everything looks great considering all the things you have had to do just getting moved..I love the pantry door and the fact that it swings both ways..so convenient..Looking forward for your next video..Many Blessings 😊✝️🦁🙏💜
Can't wait to see what you do with all the potential in your new home🤗. I absolutely lurve the doors!!! There's something about old doors, hardware that just speaks to me. I feel like that for may have been in a bank or train station at some point.
Every woman has to put there touch on their home. Regarding the kitchen sink my immediate thought was to use it elsewhere and then you said it.😊 Great Garden sink. ❤ Enjoy changing it.
It's beautiful Constance! You've been a busy, busy girl! For everything you've gotten done OUTSIDE, the kitchen looks like you've been there for years! It's so warm & cozy now, I can't wait to see what it's like when you work your magic on it! Rest a little extra too if you can while the weather is... less than ideal. 😉 God bless you & yours 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for the tour! Your new home looks very warm and welcoming. I’m sure you’ll have your personal touches on your kitchen in no time! I pray the rest of your move goes smooth❤️
Take your old kitchen sink to a restoration person to have it sandblasted and new porcelain applied (when you're ready, or maybe do it yourself). It'll be gorgeous, functional, plus add incredible charm to your homestead kitchen! Great idea to use as a vegie washing sink, or use in your potting shed or mud room as-is. Loving everything about your channel. Congrats and God's blessings to you and yours.
You might get an autobody repair shop to sandblast it. Then you can apply new porcelain yourself. I've seen video tutorials but haven't done it myself.
I love the pantry door swinging both ways. The sink will be great to use outdoors for planting and washing veggies. In time get rid of all the cabinets and put cabinets with shelves and drawers that you need for your cooking style. Love seeing all the mugs hung up. I put a very large spice rack in my kitchen after seeing yours. In time you will make the kitchen and the whole house yours.
I am so excited to get to share in this journey with you. Your pantry door is BEAUTIFUL…squeaks and all…I love the little bits of character that are in the kitchen and dining room. I know when you add your character to it….it will be something extra special. And I can’t wait to see it! 😊💜
Your pantry door is exactly what I wanted for my pantry door. A true antique door is pricey and very hard to find. I love the squeaky hinges too. Your house has so meany unique features. I just love it.
I Love that tin ceiling! I've always wanted a tin ceiling! Yes, light needs to change! You've done what you can for now. It all takes time. Ivebbeen debating about my own kitchen too! Keep on keep'n on! Blessings 🥰
I liked the window and the little cabinets by the stove , but the stove did seemed Squished in 🤣and the one sink is nay nay. I can’t wait to see you make it Constance’s Kitchen. Thank you for the tour. I enjoyed myself.
I thoroughly enjoyed your tour and laughed at how my thoughts aligned with your thoughts and as I my husband watched with me I said we are cut from the same cloth. We are on our journey searching and praying for God’s timing. So your journey has been a timely one for us as well. Many blessings to you & yours.😊
I’m excited that you will get to live in the kitchen for awhile then decide on the important changes. Several you’ve mentioned, I’m in total agreement. Love the garden window.
A tip my amish friends ds showed me. Get a HUGE stainless mixing bowl and fill with washing water and use that as another basin. I currently haven't had a sink since our house burned down and I use 2 big bins in the bathtub to wash dishes. It's hard with having broke my back in 5 areas in 2006 but it's doable.
I have been looking forward to this video. I love your place. What a perfect place for your canners. Those doors are beautiful. It is so cozy. You have decorated it so cozy and inviting ❤
Thanks for sharing, I love your décor! I am not a fan of open shelving either. I had a collection of pottery mugs for several years and I love how you have yours displayed. I do love your squeaky pantry door! It will be exciting to see what you do with this kitchen! Sending prayers your way!
The kitchen is a very personal thing to the person that uses and lives in it. It will never be comfortable until you get it like you can operate within it. Study it and take your time because you have to live with your design for a long while. Good luck and happy design.
Quite charming kitchen and dining room... I like your taste in decor and find you interesting and enjoy listening to. Looking forward to more of you getting settled in your new home. With all your creative views and ambitions should be alot fun. Be blessed, you and all your family.💖💖
You are such a very appreciated new asset to our state! I pray you and all your family come to love Arkansas as your true home. We love you and are so happy to have you as a fellow Arkansan!!!!!!!!!!
I'm with you on open cabinetry. Recently moved into new home with open cabs, I hate seeing everything, so, I'm punching pennies to have partial upper cabs added. Thanks for sharing your new kitchen, each video of your new journey is exciting.
It’s all so cute! 😍 I do see why you don’t like some of the things. We have very dark butcher block counter tops, they’re beautiful but they do show lots of things.. 😬 Excited to see you cook and share in this kitchen!
I love the squeaky hinges too!! ❤ oh that sound does a heart good. I’ve tried convincing my husband I need this on our back door but if I’m unsuccessful I think a pantry would be perfect. I’m inspired.
Wow Constance you are fast, it looks so nice. There is always so much to do. You’re doing a great job. Can’t wait to see it as it progresses. 😊 💕~Cheryl~💕
Your kitchen tour is terrific as I looked for those black wrought iron shelf brackets when I first arrived in our 1965 all white kitchen. No doubt you will find a new use for them. Your ideas are so realistic. I can visualize your new kitchen and I know you can do it! Im all for the ship lap ceiling treatment. We have some sort of painted cardboard that has sagged over time. You can use those cabinets and sink in your greenhouse or veggie station outside... I also like the cabinets rather than open shelf... love the kitchen and eating area.
God bless your farm and family. Robin in NC zone 7b. Winter is cold here too for about 2 months. Our chicken coop is covered in greenhouse plastic I get, used, from a local nursery.
I totally agree about the microwave, we have one over the stove and I would never do that again if I ever get the chance! I hardly use it, maybe to heat a cup of water for tea. My husband uses it more than I. But my canner just barely fits under it. Love your pantry door, squeaks and all!❤🙏🏻😘✨
That kitchen is super cute, and definitely has character! I can't wait to see you make it over to your liking, and YES those countertops are super tall! I was thinking "Is Constance really that short"? 🙂
I have a dishwasher but will not use it. I always chose handwashing. One sink would not cut it for me either. Love your window there. I love having small plants in the kitchen. That pantry door is awesome looking.
I agree, I don't care for open shelving. I like how it looks in some homes, but I don't like the idea of dust all over the dishes, glasses, etc. I use to have most of my cooking utensils in a beautiful pitcher, but the dust the items collected was to much for me and I would have to wash any piece I needed to use when I cooked. Now everything is in a draw. I'm sure you will make it beautiful and it will be fun to watch. Stay well and safe.
I too think the squeaky pantry door is priceless. It's the thing your granddaughter will remember when she is older.
little by little, you will make it your style. That’s the fun of moving. You have the gift of making your home feel comfortable.
There is just something about a squeaky door that swings both ways. Grandma's screen door. Lots of work, but so satisfying.
Looking forward to spending time watching you make this homestead your own. ❤
Love your kitchen, I wouldn’t change a thing. Love the way you decorated.
I really like your kitchen. It’s sooooo cozy and soothing to me. I understand that you need more room and space on the stove for your canner. Great tour... No one is sneaking into that pantry, love that door.
Constance, I know you'll make your kitchen great! You had all those fantastic cupboards you installed in your Alabama kitchen. I'll be excited to see it all come together.
You do such a good job decorating. Love the window.
All of your eclectic style make the room look beautiful from my view.
I can’t wait to see your changes!!
Nothing better than a video from you to start my day😂 beautiful as I new it would be..you have a gift of decorating..👏👏👏 Blessings
Thank you so much 😀

The lamplight, the mason jars and pottery mugs make the space so cozy!!!!
You sure have gotten a lot done! You are doing a great job all by yourself.
Thank you Constance for taking us on a little tour of your Kitchen. You have a lovely view out your garden window. ❤

Your making it a home Constance. You are like a Superwoman doing so much! I think it looks Fabulous!
Oh there is always so much to do in a new home. I'm with you as far as I couldn't handle that backsplash wall paper of the tin ceiling. Love being able to see your pottery 😍
I really enjoy your cheeky rooster!

What a beautiful home! Can't wait to see the changes.
It will all come together in time. You've done a great job so far.
Love your kitchen!! That pantry door sets it over the top! Thanks for the tour. GOD bless
Good job Constance making this place yours. It will really be awesome watching you get everything set up like you want it. Love that pantry door. Have a blessed day friend
I know you will make that kitchen as beautiful as the Alabama kitchen. I’m much like you, I like a bright kitchen with clean lines.
The house is so cute and when you have time for you to add your touches I am sure it will be beautiful! I thought boy she's shorter than I thought! LOL Yep I would have to shorten those counters. LOL
What a fun home to decorate..I can’t wait to see what you do with it all..

You have a beautiful vision. Love your new home.
Can't wait to see what you do with all the potential in your new home🤗. I absolutely lurve the doors!!! There's something about old doors, hardware that just speaks to me.
I feel like that for may have been in a bank or train station at some point.
Great kitchen tour, 👏to you for accomplishing all that you have done thus far and also for allowing us to be apart of it!
Every woman has to put there touch on their home. Regarding the kitchen sink my immediate thought was to use it elsewhere and then you said it.😊 Great Garden sink. ❤ Enjoy changing it.
I agree with you on open shelves. You have a lot of work ahead, but it must be fun.
Thanks for the tour. I love your pantry!!! Can't wait to see what you do with your kitchen

Rest? What's that? ;)
Truthfully, I welcome and need every sabbath rest.
@@CosmopolitanCornbread And God smiled on her labor. 🙏
Love the doors, and can't wait to see what you do. You do such great work.
So excited to see your vision come to be in the kitchen. Also it looks great for now while you decide & get time for bigger changes.
Love your pantry door and the squeak. You have been one busy woman! love your kitchen and dining room.
I like all of the doors in your new home. But, the "backsplash" was something else. It will be fun to watch your transformation.
I too LOVE squeaking doors. Looking forward to seeing all the changes you will be doing. I am sure it will turn out amazing.
Ooh that pantry door is lovely, squeak and all. It will all come together. Love that view out your window. I look at a brick house 10’ away.
How beautiful your kitchen will be when it is completed.
I love the cozy kinda old world style of the kitchen. There is great potential!
Thank you for the tour! Your new home looks very warm and welcoming. I’m sure you’ll have your personal touches on your kitchen in no time! I pray the rest of your move goes smooth❤️
I'm in agreement with you. I wash my dishes by hand.

Thank you :) Yes, I would love to have the stink restored. I am having a hard time finding a business that does it though.
You might get an autobody repair shop to sandblast it. Then you can apply new porcelain yourself. I've seen video tutorials but haven't done it myself.

I have same taste. Your other white kitchen was beautiful! Clea, white, bright, not cluttered…
Love all your ideas! It's going to look awesome!👍🤗
I am so excited to get to share in this journey with you. Your pantry door is BEAUTIFUL…squeaks and all…I love the little bits of character that are in the kitchen and dining room. I know when you add your character to it….it will be something extra special. And I can’t wait to see it! 😊💜
WELCOME to Arkansas neighbor.
Thank you!
Your pantry door is exactly what I wanted for my pantry door. A true antique door is pricey and very hard to find. I love the squeaky hinges too. Your house has so meany unique features. I just love it.
Thank you for sharing! I love your kitchen. I love all that I've seen there! Please keep me in your prayers! I love you so much!
Thank you 😊 - prayers up for you!
I Love that tin ceiling! I've always wanted a tin ceiling! Yes, light needs to change! You've done what you can for now. It all takes time. Ivebbeen debating about my own kitchen too! Keep on keep'n on! Blessings 🥰

Nice tour, will be fun watching as you make it your own.
Definitely hand wash. You look so pretty today. You have been working hard. It looks lovely 😊
I’m excited that you will get to live in the kitchen for awhile then decide on the important changes. Several you’ve mentioned, I’m in total agreement. Love the garden window.
This cabin has good bones!! Blessings
I love your squeaky door! I agree with all the changes you have in mind. You will make it great!!
I can't wait to see what you do to your new kitchen! "Visual noise" is very unsettling to me too. I do like it in other people's homes but not my own.

Quite charming kitchen and dining room... I like your taste in decor and find you interesting and enjoy listening to. Looking forward to more of you getting settled in your new home. With all your creative views and ambitions should be alot fun. Be blessed, you and all your family.💖💖
You've accomplished a huge amount!
You are such a very appreciated new asset to our state! I pray you and all your family come to love Arkansas as your true home. We love you and are so happy to have you as a fellow Arkansan!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you!
Lots of fun projects ahead, but love the look so far as well.
Congratulations, I'm so excited for you and your new journey.
Wow Constance you are fast, it looks so nice. There is always so much to do. You’re doing a great job. Can’t wait to see it as it progresses. 😊
💕~Cheryl~💕
So charming, I love your style. Looking forward to seeing the changes you mentioned.
Robin in NC zone 7b.
You can use those cabinets and sink in your greenhouse or veggie station outside... I also like the cabinets rather than open shelf... love the kitchen and eating area.
Lots of changes. Should be fun. To have a walk-in pantry. God bless. Love Carlene
Love that pantry door
I think it’s all lovely. You do a great job.
God bless your farm and family. Robin in NC zone 7b. Winter is cold here too for about 2 months. Our chicken coop is covered in greenhouse plastic I get, used, from a local nursery.
Thank you for sharing. I look forward to following along on your new journey. Good luck✌️🇺🇸❤️
I’m excited on what you will do in the kitchen…
I totally agree about the microwave, we have one over the stove and I would never do that again if I ever get the chance! I hardly use it, maybe to heat a cup of water for tea. My husband uses it more than I. But my canner just barely fits under it. Love your pantry door, squeaks and all!❤🙏🏻😘✨
