Riding Redline - Best Trail at Mt. Bachelor Bike Park

- For part 3 of the Mt. Bachelor trail series, I am riding "Redline" with Dusty Wygle. Redline is Bachelor's flagship jump trail, their version of A-line if you will. Every bike park needs a best trail and Redline checks this box, so when Kyle Jameson moved to Bend a few years ago, he was enlisted to design and build this masterpiece along with Kiwi Paul the rest of the trail crew. IT IS A BLAST.

Shit Cam, my whole youth just came back to my mind while watching this, I had to fight against the tears of joy!
This is not only the DIY type of music I made and listened to back then, it also reminded me so much of seeing your parts in New World Disorder for the first time.
You (and especially your riding in NWD) is what really got me into Mountainbiking at the early age of 15 back then.
Now I’m about 30 and not even a massive neck injury could stop me from riding for more than 2 years.
It’s mind blowing how much Freeriding (I would’ve never imagined that Enduro bikes will practically replace the bikes we considered Freeride back then. While even having the insane ability to GO UP a mountain. Back then Enduro was a dirty word to me and my friends, just like cross country. We considered it the old farts bikes, which would ride around any drop on the trail. Only Freeride and the occasional DH race was „true“ to us. But nowadays? Is it even possible to buy a designated Freeride Bike in 2020? I guess they are called „Super Enduro“ now and come with ZEBs instead of Totems)evolved and I’m so glad I’m in it since the mid 2000s!
