@James Henry Smith I love stayc, but their vocalists arent even close to being the best of the 4th gen, their charisma is what caught my eye! The songs have nice beats and really fit their members voices.
@James Henry Smith they all definitely sing really well! all these girls definitely got the high notes. i just looked up sungyeon and her practice video of nobody love is soo good. but in the end i still gravitate toward yuri just because her singing style and timbre is just really different. all the other main vocals have a very twangy, bright sound to them but yuri’s husky voice and open vowels really sets her apart for me. if you were to play all these girls’ singing the same songs without any video, i know for sure i’d be able to guess yuri’s right away. but the other girls have the same kind of vocal timbre that even though they can hit the same high notes, i’m not confident that i’d be able to guess who’s who. probably with practice but what im getting at is yuri’s voice is the most distinct with her husky range and open high notes.
