That must have been so difficult!! I watched this thinking, "I want that! I need that! I'd have to buy that!", all the while trying to work out if there's a cheap shipping service!! It's torture not being able to go and just buy all the amazing stuff at bargain prices!
Also it's been great seeing Target from a UK persons perspective. I really enjoyed your video!

If you come back to Tennessee, what you want to look for in Target are the clearance end caps. Usually in each department you can find at the end of the aisle an end cap with mark downs. I love it when I find a great bargain at Target. I hope there’s a Hobby Lobby shop with me coming soon. Love your channel!!

Target has lovely items. We used to have target in Canada when our dollar became par (or very close to it) with the US dollar. For some reason target pulled out of Canada. These was always more selection in US Targets and I think Canadians were dissatisfied with the selection offered to us. Looking forward to hitting a target on a cross boarder shop in the future.

So much of what we buy and see in the stores is international now, but having said that, Target is a sort of like a less austere Ikea -- an emphasis on good domestic design, reasonable prices and a more cheerful frame of mind and less work to end up with your finished purchase! Lovely tour and good fun.

True Italian foodies would never caught dead at the Olive Garden, but the meals are decent and you get endless bread sticks. However, the proportion are enormous.
But it is so good The soup and salad love it.

Loved those "sweater" pillows when you started this video! I saw someone, on UA-cam prob, who bought sweaters [you call them jumpers] from thrift stores and made her own pillows!! I had forgotten about them 🤔 gotta find some to make winter pillows for us 😄 ....so glad you came across the pond to visit.... can't wait to hear what "work" you were doing here!! You must try Olive Garden on your next trip. They serve an endless soup and salad with bread sticks. Wonderful!!!! They have their own dressing on the salad that's out of this world. Take care.

I live in Minnesota which is where Target started so it was very exciting seeing you visit a Target.

I do find a mug is often the one thing I seem to come home with too, it’s the sensible choice! I must say, I was really surprised you didn’t get those command bathroom bits, they were a fab find 👌

Last time I was on holiday in Florida I was just getting in a taxi to go back to my hotel when I spotted a Target in the distance. I said “ see you later” to the taxi driver and spent a few hours and $75 in there. The cashier chatted to me for ages ( mostly about Doc Martin😉). I said to her that I wished we had Target in England she said they wouldn’t be as cheap if we did. Love the mug. I was convinced you were going to get the parcel soap dispenser.
I love Target. One stop shopping in a nice environment. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay here in the States!

Olive garden is lovely, we visited when honeymooning in Florida, don't ask me why but I still have there paper bag in the loft from taking food home, miss America so much, looks like you had a fab time

I'm a little disappointed that your first target experience looked like the store was a little disheveled. I was afraid you would be underwhelmed. My target feels really luxurious ❤️ but I'm glad you finally got to visit one. Thanks for taking us with you.

Living in Ireland, one of the things I miss most about the States, besides my family, is Target!
Loved seeing your reactions in target, you went through the “target vortex” and emerged with only one item I normally have a trolley full lol. Just a side note a Milky Way is the same as our Mars bar, now if you like dark chocolate they do a midnight one too.

I’ve been watching your reaction to Target and Hobby Lobby snd all the stores is the US and how happy you were shopping. I live here and love all the stores, but when I visited England I had the same reaction when I shopped there except I though have lovely all the quaint shops were and when I visited the flee market I was so excited over all the really old and cool things there. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself in the US
I am so jealous of the shops they have in the US, particularly when it comes to seasonal decorations. We don't have anything close to the choice they have.

Oh it is a challenge when you have to take it home on the plane. However, that never stopped me in the UK and France. Magnolia Hearth and Home is Chip and Joanna Gaines line who became Mega famous doing their tv show Fixer Upper. You probably know that. I want our Mr C to become Mega famous too. You deserve it! Olive Garden is good. Excellent salad. I like the eggplant parmesan. Good garlic loaf too. Have fun Mr C. I grew up in Memphis, TN. Hope you are seeing beautiful Fall colors.
It was fun seeing the Cool Springs area, I used to work in that area and hearing the drivers southern accent.

Target or the insiders call it "tar-jay" (lol) is awesome!! They're clearance prices are amazing, sometimes up to 90%! Opal home is so nice.
Thanks for taking us on your first Target shop! Here around Denver, some Targets are like department stores, and some add full-out groceries (I call that type "Target From Hell"). Some Walmarts have that extended type as well (another "From Hell" store)! They're massive! You can check in, but you can never leave 😂

Your hair was on point for your Target run. And I love your mint green over jacket. And the shirt under & pants pretty colors. I love Target. There is also a World Market display. Where it looks an Import Store(like Cost Plus) didnt you love their dishes. I love their dishes. I wear alot of clothes from there. They do large sizes right. Their pajamas and night gowns are very well made, mine have lasted me years. I also love their lamps and shades section. And bed linens you can get very high quality. The targets here are huge. Oh and for Christmas shopping or birthdays their toy department has like $3.00 items. I got like a little legos set, barbie clothes set, my little pony, star wars figures and fighter space ships all for $5.00 each. They carry classic games too. Oh and in the food section they gave really healthy lunch packs. Like a rice bowl. Veggies with a side of pasta. Microwaveable.

Loved my visit to USA, such friendly people. Loved Walmart’s, sadly didn’t get to a Target store, looks fab. Plan to go back to America when things settle down.

Loved seeing inside a US Target. We have Target in Australia, but it is Australian owned and no way affiliated. It is similar in that it is better quality, better designed & merchandised. They have also had ranges designed by guests. That have included Stella McCartney, Zac Posen & Missoni.
I loved Target 🎯. I don't know why it didn't work out here. We had them for a year or so and then all of them closed coast to coast. I still have most of my things from there including a mirrored nightstand.

Glad you liked Target! It’s kind of an addiction for some (actually a lot!) of people in the US! I like shopping there occasionally but my daughters, who are 18 and 20, LOVE it! Did that Target have a Starbucks in it? In my town, Target and Walmart are across the street from each other! My brother lives in Munich. When he visits us he always goes back with lots of goodies from Target and Walmart!
Stuff and places here in America are on the large size. Next time in the US and are in the South or Florida area have someone take you to a Buc-ees car rest station gas fuel area. It's like a fuel stop shopping market.

Target is a time vortex. You step through the doors and next thing you know, it’s 3 hours later, it’s pitch dark, and you missed dinner.
You made me laugh shopping in Target Mr. C! Your reaction to the large bags of Halloween candy was funny. Yes we do have them massive here. Most especially if you get the bags from Costco or Sam's Club which are bulk shopping warehouse stores (not sure if you have those in the UK.) I'm glad you got a mug from Target at least & a nice one at that! 😉 I do hope you didn't have the Kombucha at the same time as the ice cream because that would have been disastrous! What did you think of the kombucha hmm? Lol 😄 So glad you enjoyed our Target. Next time you're in the U.S. you must try shopping at Ross, Marshalls or TJ Maxx (like your TK Maxx), & Homegoods (like your Homesense). Much love from Fort Worth, Texas! 😊🌻🍁

Target is okay. Their clothing and shoe section is pretty limited. They carry the Magnolia collection which used to be my favorite show until Chip and Joanne retired. I buy very little there. It’s kind of pricey. I guess I haven’t been in awhile, I didn’t know Command had a shower collection. 😂 I just use a squeegee from the Dollar Store. The dollar spot at the front is my favorite, when they keep it filled in. I like Olive Garden, especially their salad.
You have a kitchen in your hotel. Our olive garden offers $5 take home entrees when you have an entree at the restaurant. That would help expenses.

Hi Mr. C, When I saw that you had a Target video, I had to watch it. I've been a Target girl for like 35 years now. When and if you get back to the US, if either Ross Dress for Less or Hobby Lobby are in the area that you are in, check those out too. I think they are both nationwide, but could be under different names depending on the region. Here in Washington State, we also have Fred Meyer that started in Oregon. I enjoy when you go to Primark in London. I think that they have some very nice items and reasonably priced too. Bye for now!

Olive gardens good value all you can eat bread sticks and salads with your main meal. Or 2 meals for the price of one. Their pasta dishes are yummy. I hope you make it back to the USA. Cone to Florida and visit Mackey mouse lol

That green Christmas teatowel/guest towel with a wreath was lovely! I almost put the hand through the screen to grab it :) And then I realised, that I could not pay for it through the screen :))))) Stealing Christmas towels from Target would definitely put one on the "Naughty"-list, right?
