And when you talked abt your fascination for blue, it reminded me of the latest makeup room tour video lol. In that video you said you used to be all about pink and pastel colors but as you grew your preference changed and now brown, beige and green became your favorite color. At the time I thought I would love pink and pastel forever. But literally just a few months after your room tour video I noticed I no longer like pink and pastels like I used to. Instead, brown, beige and green call out to me a lot more. So I like to think that our journey with favorite colors parallel lol. Maybe except with blue, because I realized last year that blue was one of my favorite colors and it represented my personality like a friend told me :*

lol the thing you said about asain's loving glitter is so true i've recently been into korean makeup and where in the past i didn't want pressed glitter now i'm all about pressed glitter all the time and now i don't even know why i hated it so much (yes, i suppose it can be potentially not 'eye safe' but a lot of things we use aren't either, in my teenage years i used to pack on the eyeliner and it con on my actual eye all the time, who knows how much gunk is in there lol)

I bought Garden Variety, Wild Nothing, Nude Mood, and Wine and Only, but didn't need much else. CP came out w a lot of great half colorful, half neutral palettes, which are great if the mix is 1) a mix u will often use or 2) u don't have those shades, but I have my staple neutral palette, have the coloful shades I liked in new CP releases in other palettes, and found my fav neutral w a twist palette elsewhere (Red Dragon 😁). What I did buy from were singles (Gridlock, Wishful Winking, Chauffeur) and Super Shocks (Wavebreaker duo, Chirp, Twitterpated, Sailor - and currently waiting for 5 more rose gold-ish ones to arrive, lol) to fill in gaps in my collection, more lip oils 💖, the lip stains (meh), the bff felt tip liners💖, and a bunch of skin care. In the skin care, I really like the pineapple serum, the retinol serum, Fresh AF mist, and the BFD cleansing oil. I ordered the niacinamide serum too but waiting to finish my Ordinary one first to compare (the Ordinary one seems good so far).
My favorite is the Limoncello Palette. Lush Life I like, too. I dunno, I like rainbow palettes but there are just colors that don't go well with my skintone. I'm just think very warm/yellow suits me best. I also didn't see you with any video featuring it or mentioning it, so it's not surprising it's not here.

I didn't try much from Colourpop this year! It feels a little silly to have to order from the USA when I live in Norway, and have perfectly good things available in stores here, you know? But I made one purchase. Bought the two uuuh... flower-palettes. One poppy, and one sunflower, both all matte. I LOVE them. But with that, I also bought four of the astrology quads! And I don't remember which ones they are, but one of them is pink, and one of them is a cool brown-y one (think that's the Capricorn one). Those two, I LOVE!!!! Really, really love!!! So those two, I've used a lot. Especially the pink one.

45 palettes is equivalent to about 3 palettes a month. How does anyone keep up with colourpop's releases!
They do at minimum one release each week. Id say in a year they do around 65 releases.

What I did buy from were singles (Gridlock, Wishful Winking, Chauffeur) and Super Shocks (Wavebreaker duo, Chirp, Twitterpated, Sailor - and currently waiting for 5 more rose gold-ish ones to arrive, lol) to fill in gaps in my collection, more lip oils 💖, the lip stains (meh), the bff felt tip liners💖, and a bunch of skin care. In the skin care, I really like the pineapple serum, the retinol serum, Fresh AF mist, and the BFD cleansing oil. I ordered the niacinamide serum too but waiting to finish my Ordinary one first to compare (the Ordinary one seems good so far).

My favorite is the Limoncello Palette. Lush Life I like, too. I dunno, I like rainbow palettes but there are just colors that don't go well with my skintone. I'm just think very warm/yellow suits me best. I also didn't see you with any video featuring it or mentioning it, so it's not surprising it's not here.

I didn't try much from Colourpop this year! It feels a little silly to have to order from the USA when I live in Norway, and have perfectly good things available in stores here, you know? But I made one purchase. Bought the two uuuh... flower-palettes. One poppy, and one sunflower, both all matte. I LOVE them. But with that, I also bought four of the astrology quads! And I don't remember which ones they are, but one of them is pink, and one of them is a cool brown-y one (think that's the Capricorn one). Those two, I LOVE!!!! Really, really love!!! So those two, I've used a lot. Especially the pink one.
