In all honesty when I heard they went to America to record this album and I heard it was not going to be anything like theyd done before I was not happy about that. 6 to midnight was a return to old grinspoon and It was excellent. Passerby is a great single and recently I've listened to the entire album and was surprised by how good it actually was! Some songs are a mix of grinspoons sound but more mature. Other songs were just as good being different to what we've heard from Phil and the boys before. Even though they went to the us to record it still sounds aussie and I think it's time these guys were given credit on how they are evolving as artists who have managed to keep going when the light on aussie rock no longer shines. Ten out of ten from me! !! Well done guy's and I hope things are on the up for you all!
