Great job, however, can you when a tax rate is specified, can you tell us exactly what the tax rate is based on? Like Gross, Adjusted Gross, etc. Also can you explain the precedence of order of the tax calculations, like when a state tax is taken off of the Adjusted Gross Income, and what is AGI comprised of? Thanks!

I am enrolled in Intuit Academy and have been studying Tax Level 1. I lost count of the times I had to log in over and over and over. When you are taking the exam, it freezes up. The only way I can continue is to log out and log in again. Also, the drop down menu didn't work so I could answer the questions. Obviously, it is not possible to pass the test under these conditions. Who do I send an email to for help at Intuit Academy? I do not know how to get in touch with them. Thank you for your help.
Hi Dennis. You can find the Intuit Academy's support form on the website here: (academy.intuit.com/faq). After you complete and submit your form, they'll contact you within 48 hours regarding your request. I hope this helps. -Karey

Hi Mike, You should be able to see what taxes are being withheld and paid by viewing your paycheck and W2 forms. After the taxes have been removed from your paycheck, the remittance and responsibility fall on the employer. You can review your Pay Stubs and W-2 forms to ensure that the amounts withheld match what was deducted from your paychecks throughout the year. I hope this helps. -Karey
Great question! While I would love nothing more than to be the one to assist you, this question is better directed toward an accountant. Each business is different so you should have a CPA explain the best way to set up and manage your account. Best of luck. -Myshka
