Great for shorts, really looking forward to trying this 🙂
Thank y'all so much for this!!! 👏💯
OMG, it's so nice. Thank you!
Wow so cool love this
Amazing! I love it 🙂
Thanks!
I would love the ability to stream both horizontally and vertically in UA-cam at the same time, so the vertical stream will pop up for those scrolling and the horizontal for those watching from any laptop etc
Thank you! We have let our developers know about this request.
@@StreamYard thank you
Me encanta ayer lo utilice
Love Streamyard! Great idea about setting up a separate brand. And thanks to @nick nimmin for sharing this video.
Thank you for letting us know, and Nick for sharing! Have you streamed on portrait mode?
This is great yeah
We agree!
I'm so crazy about Streamyard!!!!
We love to hear that!!! - Katie 🦆
😍okay 👍🏾
I've been having trouble recording in landscape mode using both Streamyard and UA-cam from my mobile device to UA-cam. I have a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra. I can't seem to figure out what is going on. It will rotate fine and film in landscape in regular video mode. But when I go to livestream, even though I have it in landscape mode in the streamyard settings or directly in UA-cam but it won't go into landscape. I can only do verticle. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
Isn't the screen orientation locked on your phone?
You can unlock it - then when you create your stream choose which layout you would like.
Can you use Instagram filters ????
I apologize, but being that this is a live feed, filters are not available. -Alex🦆
Is there a way to stream on multiple platforms and have one be horizontal and another vertical?
Hey! Right now, you have to pick horizontal or vertical, but hopefully, we can offer that soon! - Katie 🦆
Are you planning a "Turn 90 degree left" or "Turn 90 degree right" camera modes in camera settings to use the full capture, not the cut out?
Hey there! Can you clarify what scenario you are talking about? Can you send us an example of this issue/what you're experiencing? - Katie 🦆
@@StreamYard Yes: My cam is on a tripod (horisontal picture), but I want vertical stream. Putting orientation in "Portrait" mode. but then video from my cam is cut from left and right to match that, so I lost 2/3 or the picture (sensor). I just want a new option in Settings>Camera: "Tilt image 90 degree right/left" and the 16:9 cutout cam picture became 9:16 full size, then I walk to my cam and tilt it 90 degree left on my tripod and everything just works now.
Software can't accomplish this, as far as I know. The physical lens cannot be rotated by software to accomplish your goal. If software were to rotate your image 90 degrees, you'd appear sideways. Because the physical lens will capture the same image as it is now.
Can you turn your camera sideways, or does your tripod not allow you to do this? If the latter, consider buying a "360° ball head" from Amazon for your tripod so you can turn it. They're not too expensive!

Yikes, it’s not working for me. When I click the option it changes the orientation to portrait but my camera still shows landscape. Can anyone offer some advice? I’ve probably missed a step but can’t see where.😆🙈
