I did it. Part one and part two with hair. Only my 5th attempt to draw a realistic face and with your help I did a whole lot better than I would have without you. I can’t wait to practice more. I will load it on my Facebook tonight. Thank you so much!!

Silvie Mahdal hi, oh yes, I’m brand new to this. I’m just happy that my first effort (today) to draw like you do, helped me so much. I watched both videos of this lady you drew so beautifully, and to my surprise, I got a very good result for a beginner. My lady doesn’t look like yours but I’m still pleased to be heading into the realistic direction until I find my own style. Watercolor is something I have done for a long time. With my start in nature sketching I learned to really look at something and try to draw what I see. I’ve found that the correct tools helps too. I wish I could just post my drawing, I did today here for you, because it was the first time I used a blending stump. That is what gave me realistic looking eyes, for the 1st time. Not anywhere near as good as your work but I can’t help but be pleased. I did read your other comment and thank you very much for your encouragement. I also bought a soft brush to use just for pencil work. I used it to apply graphite to my drawing’s cheeks today. I greatly admire and appreciate your drawing skills. You draw exactly like a photograph. What talent you have!! Thank you!!
