    I never knew this use of Sloan balm. I use it on my wrists, knees and lower back some times. But to hype you up? This is first time that I heard. Will try.

      I also use it the same way. Hype up as in the burning sensation it gives after mixing up with warm body n sweat.

    Use chalk on your upper back for an excellent barbell positioning in squat.

      Hi man. I didn't know about it.
      Just saw it on google, it's just okay. They are not offering very good stuff or variety for the price

      Repetitive use will obviously cause problems.

    • @SubodhRawat

      That would sure increase focus for a short time, that's why taken before a lift.
      So I think if you are into competition, u can try it only at the competition.

    Brother i m building a home gym mainly for powerlifting/weightlifting.
    I have ordered squat rack and gonna get olyampic bar and bumper plates
    .. For flooring i have seen many wooden weight lifting platform tutorials on youtube.. Are those good ? When i throw weights after clean/snatch.. Will the protect floor.. I live in apartment and have made my room into gym. Does that wooden weightlifting/deadlift platform protects apartment tiles??..
    Please give me your sugestion it will be great help

      Hey man.
      Good luck for your home gym.
      I also live in apartment and my home gym is in 4th floor. I am planning to buy crash pads for dropping the barbell from overhead position while snatching & cleaning/jerking.

    • @SubodhRawat
      @SubodhRawat  3 роки тому

      The wooden weightlifting platform will be very sturdy. They use layers of horse stall mats. That sure will protect your floor tiles.

    • @SubodhRawat
      @SubodhRawat  3 роки тому

      Weightlifting platform will be expensive but one time investment. And will be good for deadlifting and weightlifting.
      Crash pads is another option that you can check, which ain't very professional but does the job.

    • @rajchawla9077
      @rajchawla9077 3 роки тому

      Thanks for the advice mate.. BTW what brand crash pad are you thinking to buy..
      And if you buy one please make a video on it.

    Being a Med ... I can see that neither are you using a lumbar belt and nor are your knees aligned properly ... you're wrecking your body overtime

    • @SubodhRawat
      @SubodhRawat  2 роки тому

      I think you did not watch the video properly- I did use a belt when I went heavier and definition of heavy is different for everyone. Everybody have their own capacity, even 50kg can be heavy for some & 150kg can be light for some.
      Also, my knees are aligned properly for the sumo. I think you are against sumo deads 😀
      Thanks for the concern tho
