In some instances you could've blown the horn for extra movement and outmaneuver your enemy or bring your unit in position to still shoot, like in the last battle to shoot the chariot. It's not a big issue, I just wanted to remind you to take your time and consider all options.
Edit: Just now realized there are 2 different horns in the game, so if yours is the one with the discipline debuff, forget what I was saying.
