It is but very sad.
It's crazy to me that people don't even consider what kind of physical and mental repercussions there are to being kept on copious amounts of drugs against your will for thirteen years..
The fact is people just don't care. They expect everyone to always act like a functioning member of society regardless of trauma. People are so close minded, it's sad.
So... biggest star of the early aughts gets her rights taken away for... spending her money in a way that doesn't benefit the people seeking to remove her rights? This reminds me of a whalefall: when a whale dies, it's corpse is descended upon by every link in the food chain until it is stripped bare. Except Brit's NOT DEAD YET??? It's fucking sickening.

So according to the TMZ doctor, every bipolar person should be in a conservatorship? She's not doing anything worst than any regular person down the street. Except she has money and she deserves to spend it. She worked hard for so long being enslaved. She's not a danger to anyone, in fact, she's probably trying to defend herself from others.

Exactly. Perhaps the people who don't have access to her anymore, who have likely been met with negative responses when they have tried to weasel their way back in. So of course they wouldn't feel safe near her because she could have a couple body guards forcibly remove them if they cause her any disturbance.
When reporters say "people are saying..." without mentioning a source, they don't have one.

being on drugs for mental health for long periods of time, years,and then stopping is very dangerous and im pretty sure is causing mental illness in her for that reason alone, life, trauma and everything else aside, she definetly will need a intervention and some sort of regiment, shed be chemically dependant most likely the rest of her life, hopefully she will be safe untill she gets help.
She needs support and guidance from people who aren't in it for her money

imagine being persecuted this hard for so long for your mental health, getting called "crazy" and saying she's "spiraling" because she wants to go on vacation and called her horrible rotten sister who treated her like garbage for years the b word in a joke.... and sad part is i feel the opinion she's "still crazy" is the majority in the world when really the shit they pick to deem "crazy" honestly makes them look delusional. projection at its worst and it just continues on and on.
and the annoying ass guy babbling about how she needs to be back on meds, first of all he's not even her doctor and idgaf if he has medical knowledge or not because he's not her care provider and doesn't know even what she's doing right now. second of all, how scary must that be for britney, to be forcibly drugged for years, out of your MIND forced to take so many pills..... and to have so many people say she needs to be on drugs again? yeah honestly the world is just sick at this point. i hope britney travels the world and has fun the rest of her life, it's the absolute bottom of the barrel of what she deserves in justice.

She needs to see a Social worker or counselor, she's got the money.
We don't know if she is or not. Even if someone is actively psychotic, they can't be involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility unless it can be proved that they plan violence against themselves or someone else. Until the conservatorship, which assumes that a person's friends and loved ones have their best interests at heart. What started with Brittany also happened to Amanda Bynes and Bam Margera. When someone is that successful, they are usually financially supporting their families, spouses, exes, and children. If these people decide that it is in their best interest to control how that money is spent, they can have someone locked up indefinitely. It is NOT a crime to have a mental illness, and should NOT be used as an excuse to take someone's rights away.
Their playbook is too obvious now, it's crazy that they're still trying to pull the same nonsense.
