Years ago when me & mum went to SW sometimes they said we didn’t eat enough , or not enough speed ?? Also it may show a bigger loss the next week !! You look amazing, you’ve done so good just don’t look back and keep doing what your doing my lovely xx❤

Those pesky scales! You have truly been trying so yes it’s very disappointing but you know what to do and just need to keep going . Ironically if you weighed tomorrow it would probably be totally different because our bodies often store fluid x

Don’t worry about those scales on a weekly, it’s monthly is the true readings as we fluctuate daily!

So many things affect the numbers on the scales. The real test to see if you're losing weight is if your clothes are looser.
